A super cute Bondi cottage 50 metres walk to one of the best cafes and coffees in Sydney, Shuk, and only a short walk to Bondi beach and the all the fun and lifestyle Bondi offers.

This three-bedroom house is the perfect base for exploring Bondi Beach and the myriad of cafes and restaurants in this hip and happening area. A short walk away is Seven Ways, where all the locals hang out in the trendy bars and restaurants. The beach and Campbell Parade is the busy mecca and about a 10 minute walk.

Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom 1: 1 x king
Bedroom 2: 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 x bunk bed + trundle.

The sofa bedroom (green room / second sitting room) will be closed off.

There is plenty of room for dining in, and a garden with a trampoline to entertain the children.

The kitchen is bright and modern and suitable for testing out your culinary skills. There`s wifi and TV`s and all the usual mod cons to keep everyone happy.

We call this house a little slice of Bondi, as it`s a privately owned house in a street with many locals and long term residents. Bondi has a strong community of long term residents and has more recently become the trendiest beachside place in Sydney to live.
