A little beach front cottage

We had a terrific stay! The cottage is in a beautiful spot by the beach and is both well maintained and well equipped. Communication was efficient and friendly. Strongly recommend it

We have stayed at Warrain Cottage more than a few times in recent years because we just love everything about it. So fortunate to be able to bring my sister and husband who live in the USA recently for a few days. The first thing she said on arrival was “I can see why you love it here”. Beautiful views, direct beach access, clean and well set up house with everything you need. Enjoy all the updates the owner makes each time we stay. Can’t wait to be back!

Everything went smoothly and our host kindly gave us a late checkout. Great location and neat little house that easily accomodaed my family of 5.

We love this cottage and location, the local area is stunning, not to mention the view that greets you each day. We loved watching the whales heading back down south with their babies, walks and swimming at the beach and lake. The house is well equipped and so comfortable. Hoping to book again!

We enjoyed this cosy little cottage by the sea. Well appointed, comfortable and clean. Beautiful grassed area, bush land and view of the ocean, a little trail that takes you down to the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice cottage great view from the back deck easy access to the beach Our dog loved it You have to keep an eye on your pets there is no fencing but you can see why there is no fences the scenery is beautiful

Wonderful location and house

It was such a good location, very clean and Luke was really good and friendly. The house everything you need. We will be back

Luke's place though a bit older has all the amenities and the owner has spent money upgrading the facilities and appliances. The crockery and pots pans were all there. Unlike other places which have 6 cups and 10 Saucers ! The other consumables were all topped up even the Mosquito repellent and Firelighter. The place is literally walking distance from the beach and one can hear the waves breaking on the shore. We were very happy with the stay and would go back another time.

A very enjoyable time was had at Luke's property. We spent the time just chilling out and enjoying the sea view out the back. Walks along the beach were a hi-light! Photos tell it all and it is a wonderful location, and well equipped property with provisions and cookwear. Highly recommended

Every time we stay at Warrain Cottage we are so sad to leave and resume normal life, so we immediately start looking at dates for our next booking. Fantastic beachfront location with beautiful views, comfortable beds, tranquil, and all the amenities you could need.

Absolutely gorgeous stay! The house is beyond lovely and the view from the garden to the sea is stunning. We had an amazing time and there is so much to explore in a short distance from the house. Couldn’t recommend the stay more!

WOW - fabulous weekend stay - we had our Grandchildren with us and the went to bed exhausted with everything that is available to do. This is one of the best located stayz we have had. It would be great for just chilling out with friends and we are very much looking forward to booking a return visit. Thank you for a great weekend

We had a lovely stay in this quiet time of year in this area. Great spot for beach access and a nice little back firepit and deck, heaters in each room. It is basic, but its a nice little beach cottage, and was a good weeks stay in a nice area.

Both my wife and I had a relaxing and fantastic break, staying at Warrain Cottage. Great view of the water from the deck and easy access to the beach. Best of all we could enjoy it with our dog. We highly recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Culburra Beach.
