This cozy holiday home is perfect for relaxing.
This accommodation is located in a peaceful setting, 700 meters from the village of Cléder with all its shops within walking distance, and just a 3-minute drive from the beautiful Amiets beach.
For sports enthusiasts, proximity to the GR34, the V45 cycle route, and the Cléder Nautical Club with its sailing school. For those passionate about history and Celtic legends, discover Roscoff, the Corsair city, Saint Pol de Léon, a stop on the Tro Breiz pilgrimage, as well as the must-see sites of the Côte des Légendes.
On the ground floor, you will find an entrance with a bow window lit by the morning sun where you can sit to read the newspaper or drink your coffee, two bright bedrooms each with a very large walk-in closet, a spacious 50 m² living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining area, a living room with two sofas, and a utility room with a washing machine.
Upstairs, a very large bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a sitting area with a sofa bed, 2 armchairs, and a desk corner.
