A historic row house in the heart of Old Town Alexandria with parking included

Excellent location close to Old Town and Metro. Property could use some updates as bathroom walls had very large cracks with peeling paint. Extremely noisy main bedroom (train whistles and road noise) due to thin drafty windows. Bowl of ear plugs provided by owner in main bedroom so this is a known issue. Entry key pad could use replacement as difficult to enter. Very cozy main living room. Nice large dining table for meals and games. Convenient to many shops and restaurants.

This is a clean, well stocked home, with historic type furnishings so a lovely choice for Old Alexandria. Host is very responsive and helpful. Would choose this hone again if we visit in the future.

We had a great experience staying at this property for our spring break trip to DC! Super easy access to the metro, even for my little kids. Great to be so close to the heart of Alexandria. Nice playground nearby. Easy walk to Whole Foods. The house was spacious and as pictured. Highly recommend!

This home was a great property for our family of five. The location is exceptional if you are traveling by Amtrak or want to take the Metro around DC. The house was amazingly clean, well maintained, and roomy with beautiful original, historic details.

My dad and I really enjoyed the location on King Street - a short walk to many restaurants and bars and the Metro. The bedroom by King Street was a bit loud, but the other two rooms were not. A great place from which to explore Old Town Alexandria.

Our family (myself, husband, and kids ages 13, 10, 8, 5, & 3) came to visit DC for a few days. This house fit us well and was a really short 2 block walk to the metro. There is also a rec center/school a block away with playgrounds, a big soccer field and basketball which was great to let the kids run around when we had time.
