A heavenly villa for an unforgettable holiday!

We love the house. It is a superb location, and Maly was an excellent host. Would 100% recommend!

This was our first time visiting Saint Martin for spring break and all I can say is WOW! It was my husband and I and our 3 children, 9, 7 and 4. As soon as we were greeted by Maly we knew it was going to be so lovely. While showing us through the Villa, we instantly felt at home. The photos don’t even do it justice. This is the perfect example of outdoor luxury living with gorgeous panoramic views and landscaping. We spent so much time relaxing by the pool and caught the best sunrises while drinking our coffee in the morning. Such a peaceful place to stay and very well decorated. Opening all the doors you get an amazing breeze that comes through the main living area. The home was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and I loved the hurricane shutters that you could put down at night to block light and ease my mind with my children’s saftey especially with the pool area. We did have an issue with water pressure one day but Maly was on it and instantly took care of matters for us. It’s a gated community so we felt safe and secure. The kayaks and multi-size lifejackets were a major bonus for us to kayak out to Pinal, one of our favorite places! It is not an easy walk to a beach but we did rent a car and enjoyed a very short drive to Orient Bay, Anse Marcel, Grand Case and many other beaches on the Dutch side. I almost don’t want to share this hidden gem with anyone because it truly has my heart. We can’t wait to revisit one day hopefully soon. Thank you Maly!

Villa Matira exceeded our high hopes and expectations. It is absolutely incredible! The location is ideal, less than a ten-minute drive to Grand Case, Orient Bay, and Anse Marcel. The villa itself is stunning with magnificent views, a lovely pool, and ample space for lounging and dining. The interior is impeccably decorated and well-appointed. Since the villa has four en-suite bedrooms, it really gave our family the space to retreat, relax, and recharge between activities. Maly, the host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She arranged car service, made dining reservations, and set us up at great beach clubs. Maly has a wealth of knowledge about the island and all the fun things to do. She was very responsive, helped with all of our needs, and provided great recommendations. Our time at Villa Matira was perfect and created wonderful family memories!

Our family vacation was made by this rental. It was in the perfect location. Everything was as described; the house was very clean (and I am OCD about this stuff), kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies, beds comfortable, and the furniture was well taken care of. Maly was very helpful and met us upon arrival and departure. We very much enjoyed the kayaks and snorkeling just steps away from the house, We would definitely recommend this home and would go back!

This is one vacation that I wish I could do all over again. The house was amazing! It was clean and beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. Our House Manager Maly could not have been more helpful and attentive to our needs. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Best trip ever.

We cannot say enough about our week in St. Martin at this beautiful home! The house was spectacular...the pictures on the site are more than true to form. In fact, the view is even better in person. We loved being able to kayak over to Pinel Island. Convenience to leave the neighborhood and get to Anse Marcel beach, Orient Bay beach, etc. Awesome time! Last but not least, Laeititia was awesome and so very responsive and kind. She was wonderful to us. We will return someday!

We rented this beautiful home for our first trip to SXM. The whole place is beautiful. There is everything you could need in the home. Location is wonderful- there is a lot of construction going on on other homes that were damaged by Irma. Lots of restaurants close by. Maly was very helpful with recommendations ranging from boat charters to shopping. We plan to return one day soon.

First of all, Maly, the property manager is wonderful. Even before our vacation began, she was very responsive to my emails getting back to me almost instantly. She also was waiting for us at the villa when we arrived to give us a tour and make sure everything was satisfactory. My son was dying to watch an American football game and she worked with us for over an hour and even purchased an American channel to make sure that could happen. Anytime we contacted her during the week, she was very helpful. The villa is gorgeous and the interior design is top notch. The view is unbelievable. Pinel Island is just a short kayak trip away (3 tandem kayaks provided)and a super fun island. Take a short hike over the island for a beautiful secluded beach. Snorkeling on the way to the island was also great! We also visited KKO beach three times and the food and service there are wonderful. The landscape was very well kept around the villa and the pool is beautiful. We used it daily and it’s way bigger than it looks in the picture! The kitchen has everything you will need and more. Highly recommend Romaine (St Martin Private Chef) and also Emma Dubois (Fabulous Feasts) to cook for you. The neighborhood around the villa is still very much in need of repair from the hurricane. That is my only complaint. But, they are working hard to re-build and it did not affect our stay at all. I would book this villa again or any of Maly’s vacation homes!

The house was a wonderful place to spend the week. It's equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. One of the highlights is the ease of going to Pinel Island!

Villa Matira was amazing - better than the photos. The villa had all the amenities that we could have ever wanted and much more. Maly and Melissa were unbelievable - there for our every need. I strongly recommend the Shop and Drop grocery delivery in order to start your vacation as soon as you arrive. We would highly recommend the Villa to families, couples or anyone who wants the best view ever!
