A gorgeous private heated pool, with dock on canal a dog friendly paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our second stay at Harborside. The location is convenient to all areas of the island. We walked to the beach daily. We had plenty of room to gather while still being able to have some alone time if needed. We hung out at the pool and my oldest grandsons love fishing off the dock. They never caught any fish but enjoyed seeing manatee hanging in the inlet. The home was clean when we arrived. We hope to be back in 2026 or 2027.

This house was in a great location! We could walk everywehre and the trolly station was right outside the door. The only downside is that the dishwasher was broken all week and we had to wash by hand with only 2 wash clothes and 2 dishtowels. And when you had 10 people staying there there was a lot of dishes to wash.

This house was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 4 kids. Location to the beach was perfect easy walk but would recommend getting a golf cart if you have young kids or elderly adults. For those who bring a boat it does get shallow at the doc. We have a 25' bay bottom boat and at low tide it was questionable of getting off the lift. Overall we loved the Island and the house.

We took our family for a week to AMI and stayed at Harborside. The house was perfect form my family of 6 adults, 1 9yr old,1 3yr old and 2 babies. Plenty of room and space for everyone. The house was perfect and was equipped with everything we needed. I only have a couple of negative things to share. We checked in at 4:30 and within 20 mins my 9 month old was in her walker and her little feet were black on the bottom which told me the floor had not been mopped. 2 days into our stay the dishwasher went out. Called rental company they sent a maintenance guy out. He checked it out and said it was the dishwasher so the appliance company came the next day to say it needed to be replaced. They stated they would let Florida Dream Realty know. We never heard a word back so the dishwasher DOES NOT work!! I was on vacation and the last thing I wanted to do was wash dishes pretty much the entire time I was there. FDR supposedly has someone to come check the cleanliness of the house BEFORE you check in but whoever checked it missed the floor. It was so nasty and surely needs to be clean before the next family checks in. Also the checkout instructions say to remove all bed linens but not comforters which is also nasty to think they are not washed before the next family checks in. ALL bedding needs to be washed each time it’s rented. With all being said, we did like the place but it needs some attention when it comes to cleanliness.

The only issue we had was we requested an early check in and was told they would email when the house manager went by to check if house was ready and clean. We checked in about a hr early but the house manager stopped back by to drop off an information notebook on the property and said the house was ready since noon instead of 3 that was disappointing. A few other issues blood on the upstairs linens, couch pillow had some dry blood on it to, and kitchen bathroom smelled of urine after my mother in law mopped it the smell went away.
