Nestled in Palm Springs, this gated property on the golf course in the gated community of Escena, holds a serene house offering a tremendous retreat for guests seeking comfort and space. When on this property you see no neighbors. The home sits back from the course and is very private. The outdoor space is expansive with a large deep salt water pool and large spa. Plenty of space for lounging, multiple seating areas. A gas fire pit, a built in grill and a putting green for fun. A side patio overlooking the course and the 7th green. Inside, a large primary suite with a jetted tub, steam shower and private toilet room and a casita with a king and pull out queen sleeper sofa are located on the 2nd floor. The casita has its own separate entrance. A king ensuite and an office/bedroom with a king pull out sleeper sofa make up the bedrooms on the main floor and they share a courtyard. The dining room easily holds 10-12 people around a beautiful table and the full doors open to a quite patio overlooking the golf course. The kitchen is well appointed and large for wonderful entertaining with two dishwashers and double oven for fun gatherings that magically happen here. The family room is large and comfortable with a fireplace, large TV and lots of room to kick back and make more memories. Important note: A minimum 30 day rental is required for this property. We encourage multiple month rentals and are will discuss a discounted rate for multiple months. A separate lease is required.
