A GEM on Siesta Key close to Village - 2BR w Balcony, 1945 Triplex 2nd Floor

I’d rent here again!

This is our 4th time staying in GEM. It is the ideal spot with walking proximity to the beach and the village. So many places are large for several people and this is always great for our family of 3. Lisa is an amazing communicator and responds extremely quick with any questions or needs. Location has onsite laundry available (just bring your own detergent) which is great for doing laundry part way through the trip. Highly recommend!

Lisa was a lovely host, our check in went well. Everything was as described, with cute little added touches throughout. We had everything we needed and more to be able to enjoy our stay!

Clean place. Host was great and made check-in very easy. Love the fresh flowers (nice touch). Super convenient to the beach. Nice to have parking on site. Loaded with beach gear to use- Loved this (wagon, chairs, coolers, towels etc.). Bathroom door- needs help severely! Great spot!! Shared Laundry downstairs is super sketchy (nice to have) but super dangerous- my friend cut her back on some rusty electrical stuff upon entering.

It was a great getaway. Next time we’ll stay a bit longer. We enjoyed every place we visited. Treated excellent.

Everything was perfect. Very clean...Beds were comfortable, good internet service, tv and AC. Best part was short walk to the beach and village.

Clean great location very close to beach

This was a great little place for my daughters and I to stay over spring break.It was comfortable, very clean. Host was responsive and was flexible about check in and check out time. The real standout feature about this place is the location. One short block to the beach access and a few minutes to walk into town where all of the restaurants and shops are. There were lots of spring breakers while we were there and even on some of the rowdier nights, we heard very little noise from inside this tucked away unit and never enough to interfere with sleep.We definitely recommend!

Proximity to the beach (1-2 mins walk), to shops, restaurants & bars in the village (5 mins walk), and the thoughtful amenities provided by the host to enjoy a beach vacation (cart, beach chairs, towels) made this the perfect place for my family and I. Would love to return!

Lovely accommodations. Lovely host. Perfectly located within a 1 minute walk to the beach and 3 minute walk to the restaurants. No hotel includes beach chairs, towels and a wagon and cooler like this. Well done!!! Id give 10 stars if i could

We absolutely loved the location. A one minute walk to the beach and five minute walk to town. The condo was completely stocked with beach accessories, towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and a wagon. We had a perfect stay.

Great little unit, just 1 block from the public access to Sunset Beach

Convenient for visiting my son who lives 14 miles away. Fun get away with my sister in law. Great location. Walking distance to the village. Walking distance to the beach. Towels, beach cart, beach chairs and beach umbrella provided. Everything you would need for a short stay. Beds and furniture comfy! Would stay again.

We had a wonderful day at Lisa‘s place in Siesta Key. The location was fantastic. Very short, walk to the beach and to the village. Lisa was very attentive to our needs and responsive when we needed something. We would definitely stay again.

Great location 1 block from the beach.

My husband and I enjoyed this rental so much. The location was perfect, the air conditioning was so cold, and the bed was very comfortable! The host provides beach essentials (i.e. towels, chairs, coolers, wagon), all you need to bring is the sunscreen. I would definitely recommend this location for your stay in Siesta Key. You won't regret it!

We had a great time at this place. The house was cozy and clean and literally 2 minutes walk to the beach.

We have stayed here multiple times. Its location and price cannot be beat. It is surrounded by newer and much taller buildings, but the walk to the beach is less than a few minutes. Its not fancy but great for a small family.

Stayed for 6 days and it’s a great location. Close to the village and close to the beach . I’d defiantly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful Siesta Key vacation.

We had a fantastic stay. The host was super responsive. The place was adorable and very clean. The best perk though was the location. Steps from the beach and the village!! Highly recommend and would stay here again

We stayed for a long weekend at the gem property. We absolutely loved our stay! The village with many food options were within walking distance and the beach was just as close as they said. Perfect Location!!! Some of our favorite restaurants were the daiquiri deck for half price daiquiris 3-7 every day. Gillian’s island bar and grill, the hub Baja grill were also good options! Must go get doughnuts at meaneys mini doughnuts!! We also rented a golf card from robinhood rentals which was walking distance from the gem. Overall our trip was wonderful and the host was exceptional. The best part was all of the beach towels, coolers, chairs and wagons that was provided to use at the beach! We hope to be back again soon!

This property is exactly what you want for a Siesta Key rental. It is between the village and the beach with a very short walk to everything. The property comes with all the stuff needed for the beach and, having stayed at other places where none of that was provided made me really appreciate the chairs, wagon, umbrella and cooler. The unit is very comfortable and clean. Lisa took care of all our needs and I will definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing in terms of location. It is a 5 minute walk to Siesta Key Village and a 1 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Another wonderful stay! Best value on the key! Yes it’s an older building BUT you won’t find a better deal for the location! And most importantly, it’s very clean and Lisa is extremely responsive and delightful to work with. The beds are cozy and you will find all the little necessities of home in the bath and kitchen. High Quality beach chairs and towels. You will not need a car and can walk in seconds to beach and just a block to the Village for eating drinking and shopping, including grocery. The Key is sadly filling up with million dollar high rises at every turn, but this lil bungalow gives the OG beach lifestyle that put SK on the map years ago. We look forward to staying again.

The location is great. Right next to beach and walk to everything. Surrounded by tall buildings so there are no views but for what we needed it was perfect.

This property is in a perfect location being very close to the beach as well as the village. Lisa was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. She does a wonderful job of ensuring that you have all that you need including adding very special touches such as fresh flowers. The unit is very dated but served it's purpose. There is a musty, mildew scent and some of the floor stick on vinyl tiles are starting to come up likely from the recent hurricanes. The only concern we had was that the wooden stair case that you use to get to the unit is a little shaky and needs to be secured better so that it feels strong and solid. All in all, we'd rent this unit again.

Great communication with Lisa before and during the stay. Location is right beside public beach access as described. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and wagon/cart were provided. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Located a few minute walk away from multiple bars and restaurants. Sufficient parking for 2 normal sized vehicles. Great for 2 couples or a small friend group. If i return to Siesta Key, I would stay here again.
