Our A-Frame home with Seneca Lake access offers a peaceful place to escape and relax with your family and friends. It's located on a town-maintained road for year-round access. The lower level has been redesigned for kids of all ages and now includes a 300 sqft arcade.
From the house, it is a 5 minute walk (10 minutes with little ones or people with less mobility) down to the lake with access through Smith Park, which is across the road from our property. When in-season, the wade-in beachhas lifeguards on duty, benches, grills, and plenty of space to grab a nap, catch up on a book, or splash around. For the braver souls, there is a dock to jump into the deeper water, too!

Everything about our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Finger Lakes. The house is spacious and very clean, with beautiful lake views from many windows. The hosts, Annie and Gary, were very accommodating and communicative, letting us check in early due to a snow storm that came through and checking the next morning to see if we needed a plow. The location is great, near many of the breweries we wanted to visit on this trip, with good food nearby as well. Our pup loved it too!

We stayed at Annie and Gary's home a few weeks ago. We love that we were able to bring our dog as we do not travel without her. House was clean and obviously large enough for my family. Location was wonderful and it really is about a 10 min walk to the water/beach. We walked our dog over to Smith Park daily and were able to take her swimming too!! Few hiccups during our stay but Annie and Gary were very quick to respond and resolve any issues. Would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to again in the future.

This 3 level, 3bedroom/3bath home has everything, and all of the major and minor amenities a vacation home should have, including spacious living room and open kitchen plus dining area, large outdoor deck areas, hot tub, large outdoor gas grill, and a fire pit with loads of seasoned wood to burn. The lovely, private site is located on the SE side of Seneca Lake - which is only a few minute, flat walk away - surrounded by trees but also enjoying a picturesque view of the lake through the branches and leaves. The easy-to-get-to site is down a paved drive (not gravel!), right off of the main road (414) and within minutes of a great restaurant, several wineries, and a convenience store; Watkins Glen is a short 15 minutes away. The 6 of us (3 couples) totally enjoyed spending time together inside and outside of the home, but also appreciated having our private living spaces on each of the 3 separate floors). There are multiple smart TVs, and even a game room which adjoins an additional family room on the lower level. Finally, the host was excellent, clearly wanting our stay to be just right, and was very responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommended!!

We spent 4 nights here last weekend and what a wonderful time we had! The pictures don't do this property justice because it is completely renovated and just beautiful. We loved the hot tub and firepit at night. The property is very close to some of the best wineries, so we could go back and forth during the day. The hosts have the home stocked with just the right essentials so we didn't have to bring everything with us. We will definately come back, and this is where we will stay!

All ages in our group had a wonderful time. The house itself was exactly what we were looking for, clean and comfortable. There were many things to do in the area and easy to get to. It was great!

Our family loved this house! It was the cleanest pet friendly home we have ever rented, and the layout was perfect for our family of adult children and their partners, with each bedroom suite on a separate floor. There was plenty of common space inside and out, and we all loved having easy lake access along with the choice of staying poolside at the house. Being so close to many local wineries, the town of Watkins Glen, and minutes from honor-system farmstands and a fresh meat vending machine (!!) made dining in or out simple. Our hosts were very responsive, as well. We are looking forward to returning next summer!

The house was easy to find and was pretty much central to everything up and down the Seneca Lake Wine/microbrewery Trail from Watkins Glen to Geneva. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures on the website. As it was just the two of us plus a 13.5 year old dog (Matilda), we basically stayed on the main floor with one short game of air hockey just for kicks. The appliances were all in great shape with no issues at all. The furniture (indoor/outdoor) was very comfortable as well. One shortcoming was the bed in the master was very soft as compared to the firm mattress we have at home. The property is a work in progress as evidenced by the pallets and pallets of stone, slate and technoblock lining the driveway but once in place they will look great! The fire pit was a welcome addition and lit up quickly on the 2nd chilly night. Only dipped our toes in the pool on the last day but in the middle of the summer, we could see it getting a lot of use. Annie communicated with us really well and gave us a few suggestions as far as places to go eat/drink. I highly suggest Dano Haugier for a nice Viennese dinner, Two Goats Brewery and taking in a wood bat College baseball league game in Geneva or Elmira. Overall we had a very nice stay and would highly recommend staying here for a nice relaxing stay along Seneca Lake.

This house was perfect for our stay, a relaxing time in the woods but close to the lake. It’s a lovely setup and such a large space for a family or group of friends to enjoy!
