The Space:

Bedrooms — Main Floor

• Two private bedrooms,each featuring a king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens.

• Window shades, sound machines, and full-length mirrors are provided in each room.



Bedroom — Upstairs

• Cozy private bedroom with two twin-sized beds.

• Window shades for added comfort and privacy.



Loft

• Open loft with two twin beds, two oversized bean bags, and a Smart TV.

• A fun, comfortable hangout for kids and teens to relax and stream movies.



Kitchen

• Fully equipped kitchen with a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and cookware for preparing full meals.

• Coffee options include a drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, and electric kettle.

• Locally roasted Hill Country coffee, creamers, and sugar are provided. Please bring your own Keurig pods.



Bathrooms

Main Floor

• Walk-in shower with soft towels.

• Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

• Hair dryer provided.

Upstairs

• Tub/shower combination with soft towels and the same bath essentials.



Living & Dining Area

• Spacious open-concept living and dining area filled with natural light.

• Relax on the sofa or gather around the dining table beneath soaring A-frame windows.

• Enjoy views of the dry creek bed, native oaks, and surrounding Hill Country landscape.



Outdoor Spaces

• Private patio and deck with a gas grill, propane fire pit, and private stock tank pool.

• Optional pool heater available for an additional touch of comfort; allow 1–2 hours for the water to warm.

• Enjoy the shared cedar sauna, available first come, first serve to all A-Frame Ranch guests.



Guest Access:

In addition to your cabin there are six other standalone units on the same property. The property itself is very spacious, and each home sits far enough apart that everyone has plenty of privacy. You’ll have full access to the shared pool, sauna, fire pit and the outdoor areas.

The Neighborhood:

• Located in a designated Dark Sky Community with incredible stargazing, nights can be very dark, so we recommend bringing a flashlight

• The property is surrounded by nature, so bugs and wildlife are part of the Hill Country experience. Routine pest control is performed, but you may occasionally encounter critters, especially if doors are left open

• The property uses well water, which is naturally very hard and may occasionally cause mineral buildup on showerheads or glass surfaces. Our team works hard to keep everything clean, but some mineral buildup is a normal part of life in the Hill Country



Getting Around:

The cabin is accessed by a gravel road with some rocky sections. Drive slowly and carefully when arriving — the road is manageable when taken at an easy pace. Please watch for deer when driving around the property.



Other Things to Note:

Also, please note we have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.
