A Family Favorite! Spacious Home with Private Pool

Large family of 12 for annual trip: parents, kids, grandkids. House very much kid-friendly with pool/beach toys, games, books, craft supplies. Beach gear for our use, too! (Boogie boards and wagon) Close to beach .

We had a great time. The house had a perfect set up for multiple families. It was stocked with games and the pool was so fun.

We had a fantastic vacation in this rental property on Mallery Street. The home was very clean, and well appointed when we arrived. There was plenty of space for my family of six and the host has a fun area set up downstairs for the kids. It includes games and crafts and bunkbeds which they loved. My only critique, if I really have one, is that the pool was not heated, but we knew that going in. We had a fantastic time, and the property is very special.

The host has thought of everything! They're books, crafts for the kids, and games. They had a wagon and chairs for the beach plus plenty of sand toys. The house was well equipped with everything we need. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Only issuse we had was with the pool, but they sent someone right out to fix it. They have floats and toys for the pool. The house was very comfortable and welcoming. You really just need to bring your belongings and a cooler.

We drove many miles to stay at this home, which is a beautiful home in a great location. We had use of the pool, but it was very dirty and had no tools to skim or clean. After realizing the filter was not running, repair people arrived at all times, un announced to make the repairs. We waited 4 days for the pool to be cleaned. This was very inconvenient for us. We also appreciated having a gas grill to cook out, but soon realized it, too, was very dirty and had not been cleaned. After starting to use the grill it ran out of gas, hence ruining our dinner time. We feel that if you advertise these items for use at the home, they should be checked and in good working order for the duration of the week. in the future, we will likely seek out other management companies' with better reviews Thank you

The property was excellent: location, well-stocked home with more than the necessities, very comfortable, plenty of space for all, beach chairs and plenty of other beach items including a beach wagon to take it all to the beach and cooler . Also the porch swing for those early mornings and restful times.

We loved how the upstairs and downstairs suited our family needs. This is the most well equipped home we have stayed in for the past 30 years we have vacationed at SSI. We had 4 grand babies that loved the giant floats. Thankyou Hodnett Cooper for texting us 2 hours early for check in. Just a great experience. We would love to come back.

This is the best house we’ve ever rented for vacation. It had everything we needed plus so much more. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking. There are lots of games and books for all ages to enjoy. The outdoor pool area was beautiful and relaxing. We had a very nice time!

Really enjoyed the house. Pool area was very good. While clean, house could use some interior painting. Owners really try to make special with some added perks, made a very positive impression.
