A Cut Above- Blue Ridge, GA

Third time here and will be back . Love the location and the total experience. Making many memories with my Grandchildren. They always are asking when we are going back to your cabin Pops LOL Very Pleasant and attentive to our needs.

**I texted the number provided about this and never got a response, but the knobs on the stove were pretty loose when we arrived. The front right burner was the worst, and when we turned it on Saturday morning to cook breakfast, we could not get the burner to turn off for a while. Finally after trying for about an hour we were able to get it off, but the knob is definitely faulty and needs to be replaced.

Absolutely beautiful cabin! Beautiful location. Just a few minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. We slept great on very comfortable beds. The showers were very nice. We definitely would stay in this cabin again.

The house is beautiful. Working with Willow Creek was great however we won’t return to this house. It is clear this is simply a rental property for the owner and they don’t personally utilize the home. As a fellow property owner in Blue Ridge, I would recommend providing the owner this feedback

Everything was wonderful.. the house was as advertised.. plenty of space.. we have everything we needed.. very responsive and excellent service.. helped me have a wonderful birthday.. will definitely be back!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. We loved sitting outside by the fireplace and especially enjoyed the view of the mountains. It was a wonderful experience that we would do again. Donna was great when we had questions. She was very helpful and kind.

Overall the trip was great. The house was clean and had geat veiws. The accomidations were fantastic. The only down side was the kitchen stocking. The kitchen could use some serving pieces, new silverware, and some real glass wine glasses and cocktail glasses.

From check in to check out it was just what we expected from our previous VRBO experiences- everything we wanted and needed. The location was awesome, the house was exactly as pictured and the views were exceptional. We enjoyed sitting outside with the fireplace watching tv and talking every morning and night-the weather was rainy and cool but we didn't care at all! We celebrated 3 birthdays and the entire long weekend was perfect

The property was even better than the pics. My family and I loved and I've already shared the info with some friends and family. We vacationed during Christmas. We had internet and breaker issues. The team was extremely responsive and helpful in resolving our issues.

The rental was top notch! Perfect location with beautiful views in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful house. There were only 6 coffee cups in the house which had 2 kitchens. So we washed them daily. It’s the only negative thing I could say about our rental. We will definitely rent again and maybe gift them some coffee mugs?? Donna was amazing and very helpful . I don’t think I have ever encountered anyone nicer when renting through any site or hotel. I never felt like I was bothering her when I called prior to our stay with random questions .

Plenty of comfortable amenities. The gas fireplace was just perfect as we experienced the first chilly nights of this fall . We brought our own firewood and enjoyed both the upstairs and downstairs fireplaces on the deck along with the football games on The overhead tv’s

Beautiful property with tons of room and great mountain views. Great property management company with excellent customer service.

Home was in a good location and we had a wonderful time. Team members were excellent..

The only complaint is that the address is confusing. You need to point out that GPS defaults to Amber Ridge Trail which is not far away but is a terrible dirt road. I know your instructions say don’t use GPS but google maps and Waze work while iPhone maps take you to the dirt road.

The property was beautiful and exactly as pictured. We had 8 adults in our group and everyone loved the home. We can't wait to come back! The management was professional and responsive. The texts we received before and during our stay were very informative. Thank you!

We loved the property, however the bottom floor bedroom mattress is in need of replacement. Both outdoor tvs did not work correctly, however it was not something that really mattered to us. The house was not cleaned very well. The dust on the lamps over the dinning room table fell on our dinner. There was dust on the lamps in the kitchen as well and in the living room on the bottom floor. we were having problems with the WIFI and it was handled promptly

Overall, it was a fantastic getaway. The property and view were amazing and clean. The proximity to town made it easy to head in for some lunch or dinner and get back to the house in a reasonable amount of time. Since most of the communication was electronic, it made it very easy to check in and check out. After receiving the text message with the property information, it was extremely easy to know everything we needed to know. It was extremely helpful and right at our fingertips.

The property is beautiful. It a wonderful place to get away and just relax around nature. Great place to stay with family and friends. Donna and Vickie offered great customer service when booking for and arriving at our cabin. They were hospitable and was able to make our stay worry free!!

The property was in excellent condition and close to downtown blue ridge. The cabin had everything we needed, we really didn’t need to leave Very nice staff

The property was as advertised. Very spacious and clean. The property is paved access in a quiet neighborhood. The 3 full baths are sizable. Most bedrooms have direct access to a balcony. All of us appreciated the covered balcony on each level because it allowed us to be outside and enjoy the mountain view although it rained every day of our stay. Great place to stay if you want to relax! Because of COVID-19 my original reservation had to be changed. The team at Willow Creek made sure that the property was comparable to the property of my original reservation and that I was satisfied with my accommodations. Truly a pleasure working with such a kind professional team.
