A Cozy House with a Winter Mountain View

Great trip, home was wonderful!

Very nice home great kitchen all the cookware is in great condition. Comfy beds and living room furniture. Very easy house to maintain. Would recommend this house and hopefully will go again.

We booked a last minute getaway and boy did we luck out finding this house! Our boys (6 and 3) loved the bunk beds, the basement den area with lots of games, the backyard… we parents loved the small but mighty and fully stocked kitchen, the clear directions, the plentiful space, the quiet neighborhood. The location is amazing: a short walk up the road leads to a beautiful summit, it is very close to the Madison boulder (that is huge!!) and it is a quick drive to the kank and all its hikes. Thank you for sharing: we hope to return soon!

This is our 3rd year staying here with 3 families and 9 people. This house is perfect for all of us. Sharon is great and communicates quickly if needed. We can’t wait to stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay... perfect location for exploring the area, quiet neighborhood, great mountain views, and plenty of parking space. The house is cozy and nicely furnished, and has plenty of bedrooms and space to comfortably accommodate several adults. Looking forward to booking again for future trips!

Love this house. The owners are amazing and so responsive. New hardwood floors look beautiful. Perfect location. This time around I finally got to see a bear! We also saw deer and turkeys walk by. Just a really nice calm and relaxing place to be.

My family enjoyed our stay so much we will definitely be back. It was clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect! So close to Kancmagus Highway and Saco River.

The property was very accommodating, plenty of room and very clean. The location being central to so many areas to visit in the area. The only thing that we would have liked to have is a fire pit but other than that it was very nice.

As always, we love this house! Great location, close to everything but far enough away to have privacy. Homeowner is so nice and great with communication. Loved the new upgrades and can't wait to see what else is in store for next year!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here, and it didn't disappoint. It was so clean when we got there. It's in a great location. There are only a few steps to get into the house, this is great for anyone with mobility issues, bathroom on first floor as well as a queen size bedroom. My dad came up for a few days and this was perfect for him since he cannot do a lot of stairs. The owners are amazing, and communication was spot on. The pond was great to float around in while the kids swam, especially since it was in the 90's all week. An activity I can recommend doing while up there is Saco River Tubing! We ended up going twice b/c it was so much fun! We loved our stay, would recommend this place to anyone, young, old, kids without kids, it's just perfect and we can't wait to be back again.
