    Easy access, clean and walking distance to Gaylord Rockies

    First, the address was easy to find. The address was easily displayed on the condo. Entry was easy with a keypad - when we touched the keypad, two random numbers displayed and you have to select those before entering your given code. The garage was clean and we were able to park in the garage and stay warm and safe while we unloaded our luggage. The condo was very clean with 3 bathrooms, one on the lower floor and 2 with showers up the stairs. The carpeted stairs and bedroom was nice and new with good cushion. Upstairs was a sitting area and good for working from home. The kitchen was open, clean and great for us. Communication with the host was responsive and pleasant. The condo is located within a 20 min walk to the Gaylord Rockies Convention Center and we took a short-cut as we walked across a field and made it an 8 minute walk. Thus saving the 'each-entry' parking fee at the Gaylord. Restaurants are close by and within driving distance. Tower Road has a variety of restaurants and is an easy short drive. We found one restaurant (Tap Room) open at 10pm and it was delicious food. Sprouts Market is also fairly close. We didn't cook in the kitchen. And the kitchen looked like it had new and nice pots and pans. We used the toaster for bagels. All the nessary amenties we provided - extra towels, linens, pillows, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, dish/laundry/hand soap. Beds were comfortable. Overall, loved the stay and would highly recommend!

    Perfect location for our conference at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center.We had 7 adults and this was plenty of space. All bedrooms are upstairs, so keep that in mind for anyone with mobility issues. (Not wheelchair friendly.)Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

    We absolutely loved our stay! The location was ideal, just a 5-minute drive from the Gaylord Rockies. The neighborhood was pristine and peaceful at night. The host was fantastic, and communication through the app was seamless. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again if needed. Thank you.

    Our family spent a week in Aurora for a soccer tournament. This townhouse was the perfect place for us! Plenty of room for all of us to spread out and have our own space. The beds were very comfortable. I greatly appreciated the coffee for the Keurig so I didn't have to supply my own. The extra touch of Bath & Body Works lotions and soaps was a pleasant surprise as well. The ability to park in the garage was greatly appreciated. I feel as if this may be a newer VRBO as it was lacking in kitchen utensils (mixing bowls, can opener, wine bottle opener-I left the one we purchased, whisk, and large plates for more than 4 people). Other than the few missing items it was the perfect place and I would highly recommend it!

    Home is a new home in new development in Aurora. Since this is a new house, there were some basic kitchen items that were not there. I sent a message to the host, who was very responsive. Alphonce had items delivered within a few items. Overall easy to get to places in Denver/Aurora area.
