A Contemporary Dream: Lakefront Rathdrum Oasis!

Pros: Beautiful property, great amenities, clean and tastefully done. Host was flexible, readily available and accommodating. Cons: safety issue with front steps-small, steep with slight slope and no handrail. Difficult for elders and toddlers Lake view isn’t as pictured. Sign to Evening Trail road wasn’t visible. Easy to pass by.

You can feel the peace the moment you walk in the home. We enjoyed the beautiful view, all the spaces to relax, and the quiet atmosphere. This is our second time coming to this wonderful home and we already are looking forward to coming back. In all of North Idaho, I would make this your very first pick for your next oasis stay.

Can’t speak highly enough. The property was absolutely beautiful, lots of room for everyone, access to the paddle boards/kayaks was such an awesome extra! Sitting out back to watch the sunrise along with having a fire in the evening was so relaxing. It was a great surprise to have the quad bunkers instead of the twin beds! Only feedback I would give is maybe some more comfortable blankets for the beds and mattress toppers (specifically on the twin beds). And the back steps off the deck could use some lights as the difference in colored boards made it deceiving.

The house is very nice and the communication with the host was very prompt. We did experience some issues with the water supply while we were there and they sent someone to try to fix it quickly. We were refunded for a night of our stay for the inconvenience we experienced.

We stayed here for 6 nights with our adult children and grandchildren. We absolutely loved it. Very clean, well stocked and a perfect home away from home! We would definitely come back.

Loved the house and the area. Highly suggest ziplining and horseback riding. Nights by the campfire were amazing without bugs at this elevation (very different from where we are from) and my kids loved kayaking and paddle boarding! Great property!

The home is gorgeous with all the little amities you didn’t even ask for! The view is very nice of the lake property. My family of 7 slept and fit very comfortably.We plan to go back again in the future! Location is perfect to all the family fun things.

What a perfect property to get away from all the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay from the peaceful lake life to the nearby hikes. Would definitely come back again.

It’s truly a beautiful home! The listing was a little deceptive as too the lily pads that take over the channel it’s not very noticeable in the pictures and one has them completely removed? The central air was a little fickley and didn’t regulate well but that’s okay; the ice maker in the fridge didn’t make much ice if any at all and the water tasted salty but that could just be a filterProblem- otherwise it’s a great spot for a family vacation.

This is an excellent property - peaceful, serene, roomy, beautiful location. The house was well appointed for all of cooking we did and perfectly comfy for relaxing.

The home was just as posted and had everything we needed for an extended stay, but the best part was the hosts. They were often checking in to see if we needed anything and reminding us to let them know if we did. The home was exceptional.

We booked the Lake House for our trip to Silverwood. The home is stunning, the view lovely and the location was only 20 minutes from the park. 5 stars!

Perfect place to stay and take the kids to Silverwood. Wish we would have had a day to just to let the kids play on the kayaks and paddleboards.

My family had an amazing time! Easy access to both lakes. They have thought of everything...kayays, paddleboards, cornhole, games, firepit, etc. The kitchen is well equipped. The house was super clean. We enjoyed our stay so much! We will definitely be back.

Visited Idaho for a Silverwood theme park trip and wish we would haved stayed longer to enjoy the peaceful lake more. Great outdoor fire pit, peddle boat, and beautiful deck to enjoy a wind down after a long day. The AC was amazing, kitchen was well stocked. Felt like a house of my dreams. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our 5-night stay at this place with our 2 little kids. The backyard is better than perfect. The interior is well-designed, clean, and modern. It is conveniently located in Northern Idaho with close access to many fun places. The house is well-stocked and there are plenty of toys for the lake and fire pit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was difficult to leave!!
