Stayed Aug 12, 2025Nice place, it fit our needs. close to the state fair 15min. Away. Only thing its a 2 bdrm the loft is for a small child, otherwise everything was perfect.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025Check-in could not have gone smoother. Kitchen accommodations were very good. I would suggest upgrading the Keurig. But that is a minor issue. Overall very good.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025The house was lovely - most interesting split level. It was well equipped and clean. Communication with the host was excellent. The location was perfect for the IronMan triathlon. Having a washer and dryer was most handy.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024This property was very clean and comfortable for two people but it easily could have fit more. The kitchen came with all amenities to cook and the beds were very comfortable as well. The reading nook was so cute! The property manager was friendly, easy to reach and chat with. Was only there for a few days for the Iowa race, and the proximity to the track was perfect. The area was nice to explore after the race as well. I would definitely stay there again if I found myself in Des Moines again.

Stayed Jun 18, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at the house. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the house had all the essentials we needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive whenever we required assistance. My 9-year-old son especially adored the cozy corner filled with games and books.
