Shopping and restaurants very close. House was clean and had everything we needed. Very family friendly. Owner communicated quickly.

The house is warm and cozy with lovely decor, comfortable beds and plenty of space. The lower unit has a ping pong table on a porch area reached through the bedrooms. Both units have a large living room and ad dining area. The house is in walking distance to Elmwood restaurant area.

The house was very nice and spacious and the furnishings were up to date.

My siblings and I rented both levels this house to visit our sister and it was perfect. The area was very walkable with several dining options nearby.

We are a group of 5-6, depending on the year of 2 dads and their boys, who have been coming for a Bills trip from Ottawa the last 20 years. This was the best VRBO yet and we will be looking to book again next year! Go Bills!!

The pictures do not lie! Very nice, spacious apartments. We had a big group and wanted two baths so we took the whole place. Both units are very nice. We spent most of our time on the porch. It's a beautiful block, very quiet and safe. There was off street parking for our two cars which was a big plus. Nice restaurants are easy walks. We liked Aroma, Extra Extra and Five Points Bakery. I was in charge of the booking and everyone in my group was really happy with the choice.

Our families arrived after 14 hours of traveling in 2 separate cars. There was plenty of parking for an SUV and a Van. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet! The neighbors were very nice. You could seriously just show up with your clothes and you'd be good. So many little extra things were waiting for us (lotion, shampoo/conditioner, makeup remover, cleanser, body wash, hair dryer, etc). I definitely could have packed less! The house was very clean. We had so much space between the first and second floor for our families. Most of our time at home was spent sitting on the front porch. Wireless chargers in every bedroom was fantastic. I took off one star for the accuracy of the listing because it said there was a hot tub and there was no hot tub, not a big deal and it definitely didn't change our opinion of the house at all. It would be super awesome if the bathroom doors had locks but that is my personal preference. The communication with the owner could not have been better! He was very nice and was always super quick to respond. Overall, our families absolutely LOVED this house and would hands down recommend it to anyone. We had 7 adults and 4 kids with ages ranging from 5 to 16.
