Stayed Jun 21, 2025Great stay at a beautiful home! This was our fifth year staying on Crossvine Circle but our first time at this home. It is a wonderful location, extremely convenient to camp watercolor, and the trolley makes it convenient to everywhere else. We were concerned about not having a golf cart, but ended up really liking the trolley. The home was well equipped for our families. If you think you’ll cook at home, bring spices. That was the only thing we were used to having at our other houses that wasn’t in this home. We are looking forward to our trip next year!

Stayed Jun 14, 2025We had the best time staying in this beautiful home! The house was spacious, stylish, and super comfortable, with a great layout for both kids and adults. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and we loved gathering in the open kitchen and living areas.The location is fantastic - close to the beach and easy access to the pools, bike trails and Publix. We hardly needed our car! Everything was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully prepared, and Ashley was great to work with.This home made our vacation truly special.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024We loved our week stay! We had two families and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The location was prime! So close to Camp Watercolor, literally around the corner from Publix, and very easy to get to both Seaside and the Watercolor Beach Club. The screened porches overlooking the pond were favorite hangouts for us all in the mornings and evenings. Very comfortable beds and great furniture in the living room inviting everyone to hang together. We have been coming to 30a for over 16 years and this definitely is one of our new favorites! Ashley was great to communicate with! Will book again!
