Reviewer Comments: We needed a place to stay for 4 months on short notice—moving to Arizona temporarily for medical treatment. Casa Delight served us well. It's a cozy little place with a unique design. The pool & hot tub are small & perfect for our two little kids. We did have an incident in which the garage was having problems, and the manager of the property insisted that we had broken it. There was a tense exchange with my wife, and ultimately they didn't try to force us to pay for it. Other than that, we had a good stay & would recommend this place if the price works for you. Housing in Scottsdale is not cheap!

The house must have had much traffic over the past few years. it is tired looking and needs a face-lift. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay but will look for a different place next year unless the current Owner spruces up the place over the next few months.

Management quickly addressed any issues. Used the heated pool option. Recommend a yard blower on site to clean the concrete patio pool area esp with the windy season this year despite the yard care every 2 weeks. Wonderful stay! We will return!!!

The pool was appreciated everyday and the Casita a plus! Wes and the owners were more than gracious during our stay.

We had to return home to Canada 3 weeks early due to border closures and no flights back home. We were hoping for a partial refund or credit, but the property owner said that they would not be offering any compensation. The house was nice, in spite of the rat traps that were set outside by an exterminator (apparently attracted by fruit on the 3 citrus trees on the property) and the barking dog next door who barked at passing dogs being walked in the park that the house backs on to. Still waiting for the service charge that VRBO has claimed they would refund. Very disappointed in VRBO, the management company Latitude 8 and the homeowner.

The house inside was very clean, nice linens, and access was easy. Great location!!!! The “mixed” part: the owner really needs to know about the roof rat infestation! The back courtyard with the fruit trees is a health menace. Rat droppings are everywhere, and each day many “rat eaten” rinds were on the ground. In addition, we could hear them scampering on the roof tiles at night. We just stopped going outside at dusk—and didn’t venture into the rat infested area. The owner really needs to trim the trees away from the roof—and get an exterminator!

We stay often in Scottsdale, the home was good for what we needed.
