A Beautiful Oceanfront View home in Clearwater Beach - Pool Heating Avail

This was absolute paradise. The home and backyard pool amenities with view are spectacular and well appointed. Plenty of beautiful furniture and convenience items.It was such a luxury and worth every penny.The hostess, Vivian was amazing and very quick to respond with all correspondence.I also appreciate all the welcome and check out instructions that were posted for convenience.

We are repeat visitors to this house. The house is clean, well maintained and amply stocked for guests. The remote management of pool heat is a little frustrating as you are reliant on someone else to turn if on and adapt the schedule to your family which you may not have down for a day or two. Once we got the schedule it was fine but it took some time.We got to see a couple dolphins and a beautiful sting ray off the dock. The new pool furniture was a great addition.

We just left 4 days ago, and it was absolutely amazing!Communication- easy, fast to respond and 100% willing to help with any and all of our needs and requests.Home- Very Clean and updated, with the most AMAZING views. We saw dolphin's, fish and a sting ray off the dock. The boys caught a few fish as well. The pool and hot tub were wonderful!!We would definitely go back and are already being asked by family and friends for information on the home after seeing our pictures we posted from our trip!

Our family lovec this beautiful property! Amazing views, right on Tampa Bay. Plenty to do- swimming, game room, all the accommodations that we needed. It was conveniently located for our travel purposes. Would stay again!

This home was a wonderful getaway for our family with teenagers. Wonderful view, excellent fishing, all the necessary appliances and features, with an entertaining game room to play in and an infinity pool to relax in. We arrived good before a storm, and the owners were in communication checking in and ensuring our safety. Check in, communication, and overall experience was excellent for all.

The house was very nice and clean. Our only complaint was the shower in the one bedroom was way to small.

Let me start by saying this home is beautiful. It is well appointed and extremely clean! We enjoyed a week with a family of adults and a teenager. Let’s start with the fact that this home was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen had nice appliances and all the amenities needed(except a can opener which we bought and left). The screened in back porch was wonderful to sit and enjoy the day. I would recommend off spray and candles to try to keep the mosquitoes away. Floating in the pool right at the edge of the water is a great way to spend the day. We also enjoyed fishing off the dock and say dolphins and manatees! People should be aware that there is a home being built next door and the construction was very loud and workers are overlooking the pool and deck area. This is not anything the owner can do about, but renters should be aware. We would rent again!

Absolutely beautiful home.

PROS: This view was absolutely perfect. The pool was beautiful and we could sit in the back all day enjoying the wildlife, water, and cityscape on the horizon. You also can’t miss the sunrise here! It’s worth the early morning. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. There were many conveniences like a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, a fabulous game room, and pool toys. It was so cozy and we felt very safe! It was quiet and peaceful, and I enjoyed it much more than staying in a busy high-rise condo by the beach. CONS: With this house being at such a high price point, there were a few disappointments. The large shade umbrella on the back patio was broken, there was no propane for the fire pit, and the master bath was frustratingly small. There is an unfinished and messy construction site next-door that was somewhat of an eyesore, but didn’t bother us too much. The biggest frustration was the lack of communication about how to operate the spa. There was a remote in the home to control it, but with no directions. After spending a lot of time troubleshooting, I communicated with the owner to learn that it had to be turned on by them. That procedure was confusing and I was disappointed to not hear anything back one evening after making a request, and we didn’t get to use it. I think the owner could definitely provide some more clarity on that. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would recommend… Especially if you love a place with a peaceful view

The AC was not able to keep up with the heat. There was construction next door. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch.
