9BR Luxury Beachfront Villa - VIP Concierge Included - Walk to Bars & Nightlife

Villa was perfect for our group of 14. Bedrooms were comfortable and shared spaces are large enough for groups to mingle. Concierges (Valesca, Maria and Natasha) were marvelous. Very responsive and all restaurant recommendations were excellent. Saverge River rafting tour is bucket list worthy but we also had a very productive deep sea fishing trip (6 sailfish).

The house was perfect, and the concierge staff was totally on top of everything, from arranging activities, getting extra keys, groceries, and a couple minor repairs: everything was done speedily, and with excellent communication. and: so fortunate, there was a great cantina 1/2 block down the beach, for any snacks, meals or drinks needed!!! Everyone met or exceeded their expectations, and felt very accomplished after Surfing, zip-lining, waterfall hikes and horse-back riding! A great vacation. (12/28/24 to 1/4/25)

The location was amazing! The house was clean and maintained so well by Dani! The security at night was so nice and helpful, Johnny. We had a gear time and enjoyed the amenities. The WiFi was not very good and we moved the couch downstairs as there was no where comfortable to sit. I’d recommend having a couch upstairs and downstairs.

I can’t begin to tell you how great our experience was in Jaco. The house is exactly as described and right on the beach. Our house custodian Luis is absolutely the real deal. He took good care of us while there. Also Jaco VIP Lola went above and beyond for our family. We loved everything about this vacation. Would highly recommend this house.

The pictures are very accurate! We were nervous initially because of the lack of reviews, but you can rest assured that you get what you pay for. Our group had 24 people and even though we didn't expect it, they added additional beds to accommodate. We were a group of MBA students on spring break so we wanted a mix of party and excursions and this house is great for that. It is right on the beach so we almost felt like we never had to leave. The house is picture perfect and very clean. There were plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms of various sizes which was great because we had couples and singles on the trip. The pool was clean and a great temperature. The house is cleaned every day, there is a guard that is there for helpful insights and to make sure nothing crazy happens. The Jaco VIP concierge are also always available and check-in a few times a day. Through them we booked chefs, taxis and excursions. Be aware that you should bring more cash than you expect if you think you will book extra activities. It is much easier for them to deal with cash and they will charge you a 5% fee for cc use. We were a group limited on cash so we had to scramble at times. I highly recommend bringing a lot of it and in USD. Additional fees add up but I would definitely stay here again! FYI you will also have to put down a security deposit of 1000. We were nervous we would not get this back as a scam, but they only took $80 out of it.

The house was amazing. The location couldn't be better. The service was incredible. Would 100% recommend to others.
