Pool: Private pool with a safety gate — please keep it closed and locked when not in use. Pool and lawn are serviced weekly; please allow our maintenance team access during visits



-Pool rules:

Pool heater available at $25/day for the entire stay, must be requested at least 7 days in advance.



Garage: Converted into a bonus room with a foosball table and sofa — not used for vehicle parking and not climate-controlled



Baby equipment: A bassinet, high chair, and baby walker are provided for guests traveling with young children



Check-in: Self check-in, no in-person greeting required



Florida bugs: As with any Florida property, occasional insects may be present despite regular pest control efforts



Third-party bookings: Reservations must be made and used by the person staying; subletting or third-party bookings are not accepted



Events: No parties or events are permitted under any circumstances
