Stayed Aug 15, 2025Our stay was just as we expected it to be from the description and reviews. The cottage was clean and has all of the essentials. Not fancy. Basic and adequate. The pavilion by the ocean was really wonderful and we utilized the outdoor shower a lot. A great choice for us!

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this is our 3rd year at this home. Very quaint little cottage on the beach with a gazebo on the dune. Great fully equipped kitchen, I love to cook so it was a plus. would like to have notice we no longer had access to the shed with beach chairs, boogie boards and kids sand toys, always did in the past. Amazing little spot. Love the outdoor shower.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024Incredibly peaceful beach with sparsely scattered beachgoers, gentle waves, and soft sand. Ceiling fans with open floor plan and pocket doors secreting bedrooms away provide for both gatherings and restful privacy with a whir of moving air above. Sunrise coffee in the pergola beachside is best!

Stayed May 23, 2024Great location for family to have beach front access amid an an abundance of nature. Open floor plan for family bonding and fun. It’s a beach house and very quaint and relaxing.

Reviewer Comments: Adorable cottage with great location, simple furnishings, and ease of booking. Although it's showing wear and tear since our last visit four years ago, you can tell they're doing their best to keep it quaint and affordable. The countertop upgrade was a nice surprise! Fun beach for all, great covered deck, and would recommend to anyone.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023My daughter and I wanted to take our senior dog Charlie for one last beach memory! The beach cottage ended up being exactly what we were looking for. The house itself was adorable and the view and sunrises were stunning! 1 loop

Stayed Aug 25, 2023We had a wonderful stay at the beach and loved the easy access to the private beach, just footsteps out the backdoor. The gazebo made for pleasant nights watching the moon rise over the water. The house is in needed of care. repair, and significant updates; but otherwise comfortable.
