The unit was really clean with a well stocked kitchen and great outdoor space. However, it did seem the owners were more concerned with their inventory than the experience for their guests. Only 2 towels were provided in each bathroom for the week. No garage door opener or garage key code was provided despite asking multiple times. The cleaner stick ran out in the hot tub, the batteries ran out in Xbox remotes and the counter spray provided was near empty upon arrival. There were not clear instructions on where to find the key for the fire table and the outside hanging lights were not working when we arrived. The multiple tacky signs posted everywhere about makeup on the towels was so unprofessional. And the WiFi was pretty crummy. A little more attention to detail on the owners part would have been helpful.

Overall we loved the house and location. We had a great time. We found the floors and carpet to dirty. We obeyed the request to keep our shoes by the door. By the end of the first day our feet were black. With two toddlers crawling they had dirty hands knees and feet most of the time. I suggest a really good carpet cleaning and floor scrubbing. Also the soap for washing hands was watered down and some ran out while we were there. Lack of paper towels, Kleenex was also an issue. We had to call for more toilet paper, which they quickly responded. As I said at the beginning we enjoyed the house and location. If we choose Saint George for another family reunion we would love to use the home again.

This home was perfect for our large group. We all loved the pool/hot tub. We will be back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at your Condo. It fitted our families in one place and that is hard to do. Thank you for renting it for us!

The first day of arriving we could not get the TV's and gaming consoles to work. They had to send someone over, the bill was not paid by the owner, they got them to work. Then the next day towards the evening we realized the internet went out and we had to wait until the following day to have someone come and fix that. The cleanliness of the house was mediocre. The big cold air return on the wall in the kitchen was filthy and all the bathroom exhaust fans were filthy. The floors, either the hard floor or the carpet, not sure if it was one or both were dirty. If you wore your white socks around or bare feet they were black! The BBQ grills themselves were cleaned but the bottom of the BBQ was not, we had to be really careful grilling because the stuff on the bottom of the BBQ would catch on fire. We loved how spacious the house was, the pool was great to have and the kitchen was pretty well stocked.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. We had several issues throughout our stay, but every time I sent a text to let them know about the problems the response was quick and for the most part taken care of quickly. We enjoyed the pool and other amenities offered. The house was well stocked. We would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Staff was excellent to help and deal with throughout the process. Home was nice and generally clean other than the tile needed a good cleaning. Walking around in socks the floor turned them black with dirt. Stocked well although some items need repair. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Kids were bummed the ping pong table was broken. Overall good stay

The place was overall clean and spacious for our group of 16 people. Fully stocked kitchen and the two resort pools were a hit. Would recommend replacing the lounge chairs on the pool deck - all were broken. The property manager was quick to respond when we had any questions.

We had a group of 20, with 10 adults and 10 kids. The house was great for our group. Plenty of room and a great outdoor space.

Home. Pool and other things were nice comfortable. We felt safe and a had a great place to relax and enjoy.
