Great host great location, great home.

It's a really amazing house. I was happy the whole time I stayed there and the owner was very kind. It was really clean, spacious and satisfying. I wanted to stay longer but I had to go because I didn't have enough time. I really want to go again.

The house is awesome! Close to everything, well appointed and very clean. We lived the place!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was exactly as pictured in the listing and very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. The house was in a perfect location to take in historic St Augustine and the host communicated in a way that was very helpful.

Exceptional stay at this adorable duplex. Communication woth Host was stellar with quick responses. Home was roomy and well curated. Beds and bedding were comfortable. We enjoyed the various seating spaces. The extra 1/2 bath was a plus. Location was accessible to most everything by walking. Will stay again.

Great location. Clean. Modern. Attending a wedding in downtown St. Augustine and our family stayed in all three units at 9 Sevilla. It was perfect!! Would recommend it to anyone. Would definitely stay there again when visiting St. Augustine. Short walk to all the restaurants, bars, and historic sites.

Highly recommended, beautifully spacious home within walking distance to all downtown St Augustine has to offer. The home is very clean and the host is extremely accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place, perfect location! We stayed for 2 nights with our friends (4 adults total) and we were so happy with our experience. The place is spacious and clean, and decorated adorably. We were so close to downtown we could walk to everything, but it’s located on a beautiful quiet street. Highly recommend!!

Everything was wonderful! The accommodations were impeccable!

It was a great place to stay. My husband and I along with ny parents enjoyed it. Location was perfect even for my older parents to walk to a close trolley stop within 10 minutes. Flat is beautiful and very close to everything. Wonderful stay and location

My significant other, myself and another couple (good friends of ours) went to St. Augustine for a weekend getaway (we live 2.5 hours away). The house was perfect in every way! We had more than enough space and loved that each bedroom had it's own full bathroom. And BONUS, there's even a half bath! The location is ideal, on a quiet, off-the-beaten-path street but walkable to EVERYTHING! We parked the truck when we got there and didn't use it again until we were leaving. On-site parking, another huge plus! And Morgan could not have been more accommodating. From the moment we got there, he was there to greet us, even offering to carry our bags inside! I texted him with a question early (7:30am) Saturday morning of our stay and he promptly responded right back with an answer. I highly recommend staying at 9 Sevilla St and will definitely plan on staying there again next time we're in St. Augsutine! Side note-I had read the reviews about being able to hear upstairs guests and we only heard walking around. It is an old (probably frame) house that has been beautifully restored. We definitely could overlook the noise coming from overhead, nothing that hindered our stay.

Great location, pretty much 7-10 minutes walk to anywhere in Old Town, but a few blocks away from the noise and bustle of the tourist traffic. The unit is perfect. Great layout, modern, spotless. Perfect unit for 2 couples or a family of 4. There are 2 other units in the building, so a much larger group could stay here with lots of privacy. Love this place.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the location was very convenient, within walking distance of all attractions. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is the master bed was not comfortable.

We stayed at 9 Sevilla with our pet! The house was absolutely beautiful. It was so comfortable and peaceful staying there. The house was in walking distance of everything. Morgan was an amazing host. He was there to meet us when we arrived and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely stay here again in the near future.

This house has everything! Style, location, responsive owners! We loved our quick girls' trip.

Great location. Very clean and well appointed unit. Only issue was we didn’t realize there was another rental unit right above us. Hearing footsteps and voices wasn’t ideal. Also, no cable TV streaming service on Roku. Overall thorough. A good experience.

Excellent property and great location.

We had a great time at Sevilla st for the MLK Holiday weekend. The property was as described and Morgan was helpful and easy to communicate with. It was a short walk to the downtown area, and the house was really charming. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and the outside area was cute.

By far one of the best units we have stayed in! So well done and well equipped. Check in was easy as Morgan was waiting for us! Easy to communicate and work with. We would definitely stay again and for a longer stay. We loved it!

We loved our stay in St. Augustine. We normally stay at a hotel or B&B, so this was our first time renting a VRBO in St. Augustine. Morgan was amazing and the house was beautifully decorated. It was the perfect distance from the main strip. We look forward to staying here again. :-)

Great place.. easy walk to everything and in a really nice neighborhood. Morgan was fantastic and made the check-in process seamless. Only recommendation, bring bottled water. The ice machine is filtered but not the tap..

We stayed at 9 Sevilla St for a long weekend with our pet. The property is even better than the pictures depict. Everything is very clean and comfortable. The owner met us at the property and made sure we knew where everything was located. We couldn’t have made a better choice for our stay. We walked to Old Town every day and back again in the evening. The property would be very comfortable for two couples or a family. The property was a little large for us but we needed a 1st floor stay for our elderly dog. We would definitely stay again.

WE walked to the downtown area and venues every day. Lovely area, close to restaurants, shops and entertainment.
