9 Mi to Beach! Poolside Escape in Spring Hill

The home is absolutely beautiful. Very clean. The pool is so nice. Ive been here a few tomes and will definitely keep coming back. I can't say enough how beautiful this home is.

Host Julie was very responsive, the photos represented the property accurately, modern decor, lots of extras in the kitchen a d restrooms. Extremely pleased and we would stay there again.

My wife, the 3 grandchildren and our small Chihuahua thoroughly enjoyed the spacious updated accommadations 3 bedroom, heated private swimming pool with large lanai area , close to nearby attractions. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one worth every penny

Beautiful home. We didn’t get to use the pool since it was too cold. The fragrance was way too strong. I had to book a separate hotel while my friend stayed at the house because of the fragrance. It qas close to family and activities we wanted to do so okay.

First of all this property is NOT 7 miles from a public beach! We had to travel an hour away just to see the beach. Evolve booked and charged us for two houses for the same dates. We had an email within 6 hours of booking the first house stating the host had to cancel. That is why we booked the second location that said it was 9 miles from a beach. There is no beach that can be accessed by the public! The house itself was ok other than the hot water took forever to get to the master bath. The couch was very uncomfortable. Be aware this location is right on the main highway approximately 50 ft from road which is not good if traveling with pets (as we were) or small children. They also state there was a fenced in yard. It was not, we had a 10x12 kennel! On the bright side , it was easy to clean. Pool area was nice and the host was very responsive which was a huge plus for us. Maybe the VRBO ad just needs to be updated.

The property was very nice. The fenced in area for our dog was convenient. (Medium sized dog.) Location to amenities couldn't have been closer. Lots of activities within driving range. (10-45 minutes) Highly recommend the rental for families.

We wish we could just rent and live there. Absolutely loved it. We had a lot of fun. Definitely felt like we were at home. We unfortunately went during Florida winter so the pool didn't get used much. Didn't use the grill but we did use the out door and indoor fireplace!!! I loved that I could put my car into the garage when a bad storm hit so branches didn't mess my car up ( of course we went out and picked up all the debris the next day) kids LOVED the tub just upset the jets didn't work. My daughter absolutely loved the master bath especially where she could sit and do her make up. The surprise we got when we got there was awesome ( it's not listed so I don't want to say I will just say it's behind the front door) we used it ALOT. We loved the location it was down the road from EVERYTHING we even went to weeki wachee one of the days. Absolutely loved the kitchen. I'm a huge clean freak so we did a big clean of the house before leaving outside the bed sheets and pillow cases ( we brought our own) we definitely want to book again during the summer but longer then 4 days. Especially so we can use the pool. Again we just wish we could rent to live there lol it was absolutely awesome!!!!! Thank youuuu so much for the awesome vaca for our family. We hope to be back soon !!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The place could use some updates, but everything worked and it was very clean. Our kids loved the pool and the living room was large enough for our three boys to play around. The highway nearby is busy and can be heard all night from the bedrooms. Nothing a white noise machine couldn't fix.

We had a great time and stay. Home was as advertised and we were very comfortable! Would stay at this property again in the future.

Overall the home was very nice with updated kitchen and floors with pool area for relaxing. The road noise can be difficult at times for restful sleep.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Unfortunately the weather was uncooperative to fully utilize the amazing pool area but we made the best of it. Highly recommend this property for a beautiful relaxing vacation close to amenities.

This was a great visit … all was there for our needs … Christmas tree and all … we’re planning another trip there to enjoy the pool. It was so well kept and great to view even though the weather was quite cold during our visit. We did go to see the lights at Weeke Watchi park so close by. Lovely hostess too.

Great property manager. Pool jests and heater for pool not work, couldn't use the pool it was too cold. Leaking pipes under kitchen sink and bugs crawling from under the refrigerator. There more but not enough space for this review.

Everything about this rental was great. The property was immaculate and very nicely decorated. Pool area was huge and furnished with wonderful seating areas. We are looking forward to renting this property in the future!
