9 Bedrooms / 4 Baths ~ Sleeps 37 ~ Wedding Parties and Family Reunions

The property provided lots of space for our extended family that was in the area for my son's wedding. There wasn't great space for the group to eat together inside but the deck was fabulous for that purpose. There was some confusion and concern on our part regarding check out because the verbal instructions from the host (when we arrived) and the instructions posted in the house were different (more extensive requirements) than those on the Vrbo site. The cleaning fee is quite low for the size of the property and it appeared that the host may be shifting the cleaning burden to the renters (and it was not being cleaned as well as we have experienced in other Vrbo properties.) It was a good stay but not stunning.

Second time. As incredible as the first.

We had plenty of room for 20 people, with a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Dave stopped in to say hello to our crew on the first day. He made himself very available for any question or concern. There were so many extra touches at this location that made it special to us.

This property is beautiful. Lots of room for groups or family gatherings. Great layout for privacy of individual families and shared space for group gatherings. My only discomfort/ surprise was the host on site. My previous rentals have always offered exclusive/ private use of the property we paid to use.

This place worked out great for our large family's annual getaway. More than 30 of us spread out throughout the house. The great-grandparents and grandparents, had access to everything on one level. Young families with babies had a quiet wing to themselves. Two kitchens, the large grill, and Blackstone flat top made meal prep easy and fun for our group. Some of the State's best parks and beaches are just a short drive away. If golf is your thing, there are really nice, affordable, courses nearby. We loved everything the location and rental property had to offer--including ducks! The host took care of our requests and answered our questions promptly. David was wonderful to work with.

The VRBO was used for a bachelor party weekend and all of the guys had a great time and really appreciated the property. There was a lot of room and things to do both inside and out. Dave is a wonderful host and is very attentive to detail. He checked in the day before check in to make sure everything was ready to go and even secured an early check-in for the group. We will definitely use this property again!

Our team enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for all 34 of us. Location was great for our training.

We had a wonderful time. The property is set up for entertaining. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here with a group of 30 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed. House had everything we could ask for and more. Dave was available for every question or request we had as well. Highly recommend this listing! There is also lots to do in the area and the house is in a very convenient spot
