Great house for a larger group - The docks are Awesome!

Very nice house. A lot of rooms and we loved hanging out on the party deck.

Code pad was fine, however ever other door on the property was unlocked so anyone could have gotten in !Kitchen Floors sticky on arrivalHad to wash the pots and pans we used before use, they had been somewhat  cleaned, but still had crumbs in them.Hot water took  long time to warm upDeck is in need of a LOT of care, nails sticking out boards need replacedSlide water is not operationableSpeakers on the deck deck dont work and just need to be thrown in the trashRefigerator on deck worked but had a large dent in it..The dock itself looked like it hadnt been hosed down or cleaned off in ages, we had to wipe down the bar area as there were still drink rings etc on the counter. Behind the bar area had random left items that needed pitched. The door on the area that holds floats etc doesnt close.Jet ski loft doesn't workNo lighting on the steps on way down to the docks and none outside.More then 1/2 of the lighting on the dock is burnt outNo furniture on the 'martini' deck and it sits right in front of another property so you cant hang out there with friends unless you want to disturb the neighbors.The inside areas are ok. Nice to have 2 kitchens and a game area. Slept 15 of us comfortably,  theres an extra pull out bed so we could have had 18 with us but that bed is in an open area.The master suite is very nice roomy with the only nice bathroom so we shared.  Overall if give the place a 4 out of 10 mainly because the outside areas need tons of attention.

Pros: Large room on main level to gather with family. Only one bed on lower level is uncomfortable. Dock chairs, tables, and cushions provided. Twice great response from house manager: 1-replaced the shower doors with a shower curtain and rod (we requested this rather than risk the doors falling off again) 2-quickly provided a new grill. Good assortment of pots and pans. Nice pantry storage, Plenty of spices. Extra refrigerator downstairs and mini fridge in kitchen and on the dock.. Nice space downstairs for small groups. Nice towels. Cons: Couches uncomfortable (sink deeply into them). Many wobbly things in this house: Some straight back chairs, kitchen bench, lower bathroom sliding doors fell off during an adult shower, the metal tie downs for the boat on the dock, dock tables, slide on dock which has a 125 pound limit. The water doesn’t work on the slide so you get butt burn. Docks and decks need repair. Martini deck has no furniture and is hard to get to over rocks. My eight year old granddaughter said when first looking at the deck, well this does not look like the picture.” The grill did not work. I called the house manager number listed. The person said they hadn’t worked for the owners for a while, but gave me the number of the current manager who said they knew the grill was bad but were told to replace it when someone complains. Not enough forks and spoons. The toaster burns one side and other side is not toasted.

Lovely home with great views and two decks. The decks need to be refinished and deck stair rails need replacement due to rotting wood. The screened in porch needs painting and updating. The bathrooms need repairs on master bath bench, first floor shower and tub stained and paint peeling above shower. A few of my daughters have VRBO’s, the feedback is not meant to be critical, just factual. The home is lovely, but showing signs of needed repairs. The property managers were very sweet. They had a conversation with my husband about the cleanliness of the property and responded with great care and concern. Our family had a wonderful time. Thank you

We spent most of our time outside thought the inside offers plenty of places for privacy. The swimming dock was a bonus and we made great use of that. Our 19 foot pontoon boat fit nicely into the boat dock. The deck was great for evening catch-ups. And we all left speaking to one another -- enough said

This is a beautiful house with a great location. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds were all very comfortable. Our group loves to hang out on the dock and swim. The main dock needs to be updated as there are multiple boards that are deteriorating. If the dock were updated, this would be the perfect lake house!

Great place to go after a golf trip. We did not spend much time on the deck or dock but the living room and rec room were heavily used. Great time and if you want to hang out after a round, this place is amazing!!

Let me preface by saying this home switched management from the time I booked it to when we stayed so I would like to give the new management the benefit of the doubt and will likely need some time to fix things. The location and accommodations of this home were perfect for our large family. We comfortably fit and enjoyed the quiet area. It was a quick trip to town to get any items needed. The checkin/checkout process was super easy. There was lots to do including provided board games. It was stocked well with kitchen appliances/utensils, towels, extra pillows, etc. There were lots of refrigerators everywhere to hold all our groceries/drinks. Concerns.. The kitchen island had painters tape holding a corner piece on. The ceiling fan in the basement room was located so close to the wall the blades were hitting the wall when it was turned on. The third deck off by itself is completely empty and really served no purpose unless you brought your own chairs. The grill is not located on any of the decks and locked down in a tiny little area which was disappointing because we couldn’t all hang out there comfortably while grilling. Half of the bulbs on the string lights in this area were also out. The big dock with the slide needs some repairs. Many boards were super soft and the slide’s water hookup was broken.
