8BR Villa,Outstanding Game Room,Resort - by Blue Sky Villas

Property was amazing there were a few minor issues. Like some of the chairs in the movie theatre were broke & one of the panels of the stairs came off as I was walking up but it snapped back on. I didn’t think there was enough toilet paper supplied in each bathroom we had to go buy are own. But it’s not that big of a deal. The house was nice, pool was warm, & the family had a good time

The house was very clean. It had everything we need. We loved it had a pack n play, high chairs, and baby gates. It was perfect for our family with kids for 6 month to 12y. The only downfall was some of the theather chairs ,couch arm, and knives are broken.The are tiny ants all over the kitchen counter. They got in the food we had on the counter. Overall the house was amazing little vacation. Our kids lived the pool and watching movies on the big screen. We recommend for big families.

Absolutely the worst stay we have had. Upon check in we found several issues including a movie theater that was unusable due to the air conditioning unit in that room not working, a severely leaking toilet, a washer that was stuck in “end mode” and wouldn’t do anything, both televisions on the patio broken, and a slew of other issues. The worst issue is we paid extra to use the spa which in a main reason for getting a home with a pool and it did not work our entire stay. We called and they sent 2 technicians that did not solve the issue. The lady answering the telephone for Blue Sky Villas was hands down the most ignorant miserable human I have ever encountered. I told her the other issues which she straight up said she didn’t care about, and I told her the spa was still not working and she lied and said she would send a tech again on our last night and never scheduled the call. She hung up on us several times when trying to report issues. The house next to ours also had a party so it smelled like weed for 3 days and they blasted music until 4 am which sucked when we have small children. Security didn’t care about that but God forbid you park in the driveway and stick over onto the sidewalk (we had a 15 passenger van) not sure where they expected us to park. Also we couldn’t access any of the resort amenities such as the splash pad, big pool, etc. This was a terrible waste of money and PTO.

House is spacious and location is great! We loved the pool (highly recommend pool heat) and the amenities at the Championsgate Oasis. Would recommend to others.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the area and the house. Our rental host showed excellent communication skills and always answered in a timely manner. We really recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was clean. We had a couple issues such as the chairs in the movie theater room did not recline as they were broken, pool and hot tub heat did not work for a couple days, ants in the kitchen, 2 of the video games in the game room did not work, the ac went out upstairs. The maintenance team did come and fix the ac right away and they tried to fix the pool heat and were able to around 6pm our last night. Response was good from the ownership team and overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was big enough for all 12 in our group and it is in a good location to everything!

Very clean property. Had everything we needed - even lots of extra towels for the pool. Very good communication with management. Kids are already asking us to book same property again next vacation!

The BlueskyVilla rental company, the entity that we rented the villa through was wonderful and very helpful, responsive and customer focused. The only suggestions which were already made: 1) fix/replace the broken drawer in the refrigerator and 2) fix/replace the toaster.
