Stayed May 16, 2026Main floor is updated and really enjoyable to hang with family. The tree by the front porch was flowering and added to the enjoyment but also made a mess because people kept tracking in the flowers into the house. The place is well equipped and overall great place to stay when visiting Montauk.

Stayed Oct 11, 2025The house was just darling! Love how they kept all of the older features of the home which made it feel like a cute cottage. The decor was such a nice touch as well. We loved the location as we had a wedding to attend at the Downs. The ample towels were fantastic, along with having a washer dryer. 1 for flexible parking too!

Stayed May 23, 2025Can’t recommend this property enough! Had some family and friends come into town and we rented the house for them to stay in. Location is 10/10 - close to everything and on the best part of MTK - east lake. Views are amazing and the house has everything you need. The communication with the house manager was wonderful as well- if we had any questions they were super quick to respond. Would absolutely stay again.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025Home was perfect for a group of 8! Clean, exactly as described. Property manager was very accommodating and easy to reach. Had everything a renter could want for a large group. With bad weather the area of porch that was covered was a big plus. Having porch on second level from bedrooms was also a pleasant surprise. Would love to stay again!
