This is a Spectacular house in a great location. Convenient to the Beach Club Restaurants, Pools and the Beach. Also close to the Marina and the Marina Pool. The house and furnishings are very comfortable and accommodated our family of 18 people of different ages. We had a great time. We will go back again if we have the opportunity. R Vann

Great location and a very large home. The property however is very dated and worn and would be spectacular if it was renovated. At the rate we paid we would have expected the home to be in much better condition.

This is our fourth or fifth time staying at this house. We absolutely love it. Great house for a large family gatherings and is in a perfect location in watercolor.

Awesome house and perfect location to the beach, town center, and watercolor amenities! We had 10 kids under 6 years old and stayed with 3 other families. The house setup was perfect for multiple families. One note, there is a ladder in one room and the bunks are pretty high for small kids, but we just blocked the spaces off. Will definitely rent again!

The home is spacious. Especially liked that we were able to separate the two families and also were able to give the children there own private rooms. Be prepared to bring everything kitchen-wise you will need down to salt and pepper. Nothing is provided past a roll of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. Home is in a great location, about a 5 minute walk to the beach club and to the shops of Watercolour. Quiet and serene location with a park across the street which was great for the grandchildren to run around.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is in the ideal location and has the potential to be an amazing family vacation destination. But, it seems to lack maintenance typically needed keep up a multimillion dollar home. Cabinet doors and drawers didn’t close, high end appliances were worn making them difficult to use and needed additional maintenance. Hot water for showers was limited. Linens on beds were thin. Mattress pads in multiple rooms had stains on them if they even had a mattress pad. Pillows did not have pillow protectors. The list of things we could potentially get charged for was endless too. For example, if I am going to get charged for using a washcloth to wash my makeup off, then maybe provide a small packet of makeup wipes.

Seaside is walking distance as well. The management company/Cole was so very responsive. Just a text away. It was a wonderful experience booking with them and I’d absolutely recommend this rental property and Grayton Coast Rentals!

We had our family of 8 adults and 7 grandchildren ages 4 to 12 and there was plenty of room for all. Would definitely stay here again!
