82 Club Course Dr- Renovated 4 Bedroom Home with Private Pool

Welcome to 82 Club Course Dr., a quiet getaway for the whole family. This renovated home features a large open living space. The living has seating for well over what is needed with 2 large sectionals in front of the TV. The dining room has seating for 6 and a built in buffest for easy serving. Just beyond that is the spacious kitchen fully equip for all you cooking need and the breakfast bar.

Three of the four bedrooms are on the left side of the house starting with queen guest room with large work desk. Next is the guest California king bedroom, that shares a hall bathroom with the guest queen and overlooks the pool area. Lastly is the spacious master suite featuring a king bed and en-suite bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub.

The end of the hall finds the laundry room and access to the courtyard leading to the suite above the garage. The suite features a queen bed with table, chairs and en-suite bath. There is a coffee station and small refrigerator in the suite as well.

82 Club Course has a great outdoor space with newly plastered pool, gas grill, dining area and large umbrella for shade when wanted. There is parking for four (4) vehicles in the driveway only. Short bike ride or drive to the beach and all that Sea Pines has to offer including Harbour town and South Beach Marina.

**Sea Pines Rules and Regulations**

-Sea Pines Plantation prohibits all trailers, pop-up campers, motorcycles (including three wheelers), large-lifted pickup trucks, extended vans, vans with company signage (visitors in company cars will not be allowed in), work vans, golf carts, and RVs. Boats (prior permission needed), kayaks & surf boards (must be on top of car, no trailer), and large family vans. The only exception would be handicap accessible vans.
-Parking along roadsides and off driveways is prohibited
-Beach Club parking is not available, the Trolley system must be used to access the beach club. Trolley system does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons, chairs or coolers
-Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway, Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on a bike, in some cabs, and using Lyft. Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate. Bikes can reenter without pass if they take picture of the daily door code posted when they exit.
-All animals in the plantation must be on a leash at all times
-Do not disturb the wildlife. Wild Animals live in Sea Pines, such as alligators and coyotes. Please be aware of this and do not interact with the wildlife.
-Beach parking is prohibited on all roads in Sea Pines. A complimentary beach shuttle service, direct from a designated parking lot to The Sea Pines Beach Club is available for Sea Pines weekly rental guests. *Must have Short Term Weekly vehicle pass issued by Sea Pines CSA.

    My family had a wonderful vacation, the house delivered in every way. The grill didn’t work but it did not stop us from enjoying the outside and the pool! The communication with Beachside Getaways was fantastic they were super responsive.Shannon T.

    Stayed here in April with 3 friends for golf trip. House is very nice and super clean. Pool is not heated but very clean and was great after a long day on the courses. My only criticism is the fourth bedroom is over the garage and kind of weird to get to. One of my friends preferred sleeping on the couch in the living room and didn’t mind as it was huge. I would still recommend this property. Communication with manager was excellent and check-in check out was super easy and friendly. Location is also terrific and felt very safe. Thank you!

    The pictures do not do the house justice. The beds were so comfortable. There was so much space for the 7 of us. The pool was awesome just wished it was heated. I only have two suggestions for the house. 1. Maybe look into getting some nonstick pans. 2. It would might help if you put more than 1 extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We will definitely stay again.

    We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. We drove to the beach everyday. I would recommend an update on the master bath. The tub took 45 minutes to fill and the overall bsthroom was a bit beat up.

    The house was clean & very enjoyable for our family. We have 2 little ones (1&3) and the house setup was perfect for them. Bedrooms were big, kitchen open and easy to prepare and enjoy meals. Pool was big and kept clean(was cleaned 2x during our one week stay!). Location was perfect,less than 5 mins from the beach and other fun attractions. Overall , everything in this house was well thought out and easy to enjoy. The grill even had an extra tank of propane. Thank you for hosting our family for our annual vacation- we look forward to staying here next year!

    Located right on the golf course, private backyard with good sun and the perfect amount of breeze. Loved the spaciousness of the house. Plenty of room to spread out. Perfect location to coligany beach and shops and food, while also being on the quieter side of the island and felt very safe and secure within the compounds of Sea Pines. Wish there there was more food amenities within the kitchen. Had to buy coffee filters & spices so it wasn’t conducive to cook and had to go out to dine more which got expensive. Otherwise it did have plenty of beach chairs, towels, bikes, umbrellas and golf clubs for your adventurous needs. Would stay again:)
