Stayed Dec 27, 2024Absolutely beautiful house for our family Christmas/New Year together. Living/dining/kitchen great area is great for being able to hang out together. Quiet neighborhood, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful deck/outdoor space and great communication. This was our 2nd stay here and we'll be back!

Stayed Dec 12, 2024Far from the UT due to traffic. Great stay though. Very Clean and Comfortable. Had everything you needed. Only negative part was the parking. Not enough parking.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024The home was extremely clean and only a 25 minute drive from the university. We came in to town to visit our daughter at UTK & see a football game. It was very easy to get back and forth to the house. Paula was extremely helpful and easy to contact when questions arose. It is a beautiful, spacious, and cozy house. Plenty of room for a weekend away! I absolutely recommend this home for future bookings!

Stayed Sep 13, 2024This property was perfect for us. We drove 7 hours and were relieved to be in a cozy, comfortable home. We enjoyed the back patio in the mornings.

Stayed May 23, 2024Nice and roomy and nicely appointed. Internet kept going in and out. There were old coffee grounds and filter in coffee pot. Main bathroom towels smelled musty.

Stayed Dec 27, 2023This is a beautiful home! Only my hubby and I stayed overnight but it the perfect layout as other family joined us during the day for holiday activities (baking, games/puzzles, cookie decorating, etc). My overall 4 star rating is due to several individual items needing attention/repair.

Stayed Jul 18, 2023We stayed for a few days at the end of our east coast trip and it was perfect for us. 5 adults and 1 baby; had plenty of room. Parking is a bit odd when there’s people staying at the other homes but it worked just fine. Would definitely stay again.
