802 Mariners Club - Immaculate 2 bedroom townhome

Both showers only had WARM WATER,NOT HOT, Major disappointment! No Facial Tissue, cable TV goes out constantly, Netflix was ok. No cable tv in second bedroom,(not connected)Whirlpool Tub should have a safety grab bar. Overall, the worst VRBO STAY I HAVE HAD. Not worth the price!!

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable.

The apartment is the 2nd floor of a two story townhouse. It was clean and well provisioned, well stocked with kitchen essentials. We cooked in one night, but ate out the rest of our 7 day stay. Pools were great and location of the development is convenient to most things. It was crowded across the holiday weekend, but we had the run of the place on other days. Fitness center was always empty and so was the clubhouse pool. The oasis pool is the party center. The Barefeet beach towels were a NICE touch, we didn’t have to pack them. Also washer/dryer were large and in good shape. Only reason not 5 star worth was the check in process … had to pick and drop off a hard key, they don’t have keyless entry at this property.

Absolutely pristine and as advertised!

Having to pick up and drop off keys instead of using a door code was inconvenient. Lack of views and water access was not ideal. Staff was great. I appreciated all the communications by email, text and phone.

Nice condo- mattresses were fantastic. Kitchen was well outfitted. We had no problems. Nice pool area. We fished on a charter and caught a bunch of fish. We took them to “TheFish House” and they did an outrageous job on the fish dinner. Everyone was friendly-easy to check in at office. The security staff was very friendly but professional. Wish we could get into our place before 4:00. MGR RESPONSE: We are always happy to extend an earlier check-in when possible. Unfortunately, when guests check out the morning of an arrival it just pushes that check-in time to 4:00 so we ensure the unit has been cleaned properly and our Rooms Management staff have gone in and inspected it's readiness.

My extended family rented four units next to and across from each other for my nephew's wedding. It was absolutely wonderful being so close together. We had many spontaneous visits which we would not have had if we had been spread further apart. I cannot think of a single way that VRBO could have improved our experience other than key lime pie deliveries. :) My husband really appreciated how quiet the complex was as his favorite vacation activity is reading. Top notch.

Great back porch with screen and fan. Well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. Suggesting: Snorkeling Parasailing Charter fishing Sharkey’s (Beach Bar) Key Largo Fisheries Quick and friendly. Super eaay

Stay was very good. One improvement is having ice machine working and it’s extremely convenient when when you have boat at the property. The gym is very functional and clean. Tennis and pickle ball courts are very nice. All team members were polite, programs attentive to our needs.
