80 Acres, Pool, Game room w/Ping Pong & Billiards!

Overall a nice property. It was good condition overall and laid out well for a family group with recreation room, hang-out space, and hiking area. We had an enjoyable stay. Just a note of caution, this property boasts that it sleeps 15 persons. Here is the scoop regarding the 15 number: - 4 bedrooms each with a nice double bed.(8 persons) - 3 of the bedrooms had a single mattress on the floor of a closet (3 persons must sleep in closets) - The rec room contained a trundle bed with two single mattresses (2 persons) - The rec room also contained a hide-a-bed couch (2 persons) Therefore I don't think you would want to stay here with more than 8 adults. Kids may be ok in the closet and rec room beds. Bathrooms - nice bathrooms, but only two. One is a huge bathroom off the largest bedroom. It has a whirlpool tub as well as a large shower, two sinks, and a private toilet. The 2nd bathroom is off of the hallway and has a 2nd inside door to the shower and toilet. So, although this is a nice place, be aware that the sleeping areas and bathroom situation probably would not be great for an adult group larger than 8. The other 7 beds may be acceptable for kids. Note that if everyone needs to bathe/shower in the morning before going somewhere, it is a bit of a challenge. Oh, by the way, this property has on-demand water heating. Therefore, the showers will have an unending supply of hot water which was a great design choice for this property.

Was a great host, who answered questions at a late hour instantly. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds. There was a great table to work puzzles on and a nice yard to play croquet. The house had a nice front porch and lots of space for my oldest to pace in the game room in the evening. And, my mother really liked the master shower because it had a bench for her to sit on so she wouldn’t fall while washing. It was quiet and peaceful. Would choose to stay again if in the area. Overall it was great!

Excellent stay! Nice home with lots of room! Daily swimming was fun for all ages! The pool was crystal clear and quite big. Kids cried when we left! Such a wonderful place with privacy and room for fun and games. Wonderful decks and patios to sit in the sun or enjoy the shade.Suggestions (that didn’t impede our excellent time):The beautiful kitchen could use some supplies like a can opener, crock pot, hand mixer, measuring cups, spoons, serving spoons, smaller cups and bowls for kids new Teflon type large skillet. The ladder to the pool made it difficult to get in and out of for older and larger people. Some of the outside chairs have tears in them.

We stayed a while and there was so much room and we enjoyed the pool and they were fast to respond to the ac not cooling down one night they sent someone out the next morning and they had pool guy come by and check levels while we were there. Just hands down the best .

Absolutely clean, quiet, peaceful surroundings inside and on the property. More than enough space and beds were comfortable. No complaints from my family which is definitely a miracle!

The house is very spacious, the place is very quiet, my family fit in very well, we were 8 adults and 2 children and there was still room for more.

It was big , plenty of room . 13 women from church visited the Ark Encounter. We enjoyed our stay and loved the house . You won’t be disappointed.

House was perfect for trip and property was absolutely gorgeous. Communication with property manager was prompt and precise. Overall great experience.

Very large game room with plenty of room for active children . Getaway very comfortable!

Our extended family of eleven stayed at this property during our recent trip to Kentucky. We used it as basecamp to go to area attractions (The Creation Museum, Ark Encounter, and Cincinnati Zoo). It was a beautiful home inside and out. We were impressed by the size and amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. Would definitely recommend this location to large families who are looking to come to the area.

80 acres with well manicured lawn & walking paths through the woods. Temps made it perfect for songs around the fire pit. Wonderful kitchen & Great Room for family. Taught the 5 yr olds to play ping pong. Did I mention the pool…kids were over the moon. Beds comply. We had a very enjoyable time! Ark was very close
