Owner was great at responding when we needed anything. it was clean.

Our family had an amazing time staying at this property. Carlos was extremely responsive and went over and above to make sure we had an excellent stay. The house was clean, the backyard pool and outdoor kitchen was amazing (we pretty much lived outside) and it was very quiet and private. For those who may see other reviews that mention a tenant in the garage, there were no issues or concerns at all - we were there for a week and didn’t see or hear them once. It was a 5 minute drive to big retailers but had a really lovely neighborhood feel! We felt extremely safe and comfortable and the house was gorgeous. There is no doubt we would stay here again if we came back to Tampa!

This place was terrific. We had a wedding that we were in town for and needed a good relaxing place to stay and close to the airport. The pool was terrific and was very relaxing and everyone slept well in the beds. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very clean rental. We were a family of five on vacation for a week. This home suited our needs just fine. Close to everything in a decent neighborhood. Host was very responsive to any questions I had.

Awesome place to stay

My family had a wonderful time visiting Tampa for Christmas. The house was great! Owner was quick to respond and even sent someone same day with a problem we needed fixing.He even let us check in an hour earlier than scheduled.I would definitely recommend him and VRBO for future family vacations to Florida. Thx VRBO!

The amenities were just what we needed.

The whole entire house was beautiful and it had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable and we will book again.

Clean room.miss leading about third bathroom not in house. pool was dirty. no Keurig but host said there was. Grill no lighter and no guards for burners.

We could not have asked for a more perfect stay. The home offered everything we needed to support our “sibling weekend”. The location was central to everything. The home was impeccably clean and the pool was an added feature for a day to relax and enjoy each other. This home and host are highly recommended to anyone planning a trip to Tampa.

The location of was just perfect for our stay. The pool and the outside was amazing. The inside of the house was clean and very comfortable. Would recommend this house to everybody.

The house was very well laid out. The outdoor bathroom & kitchen were a great touch and the Master bed was very comfortable.

Wonderful pool and outdoor cooking area.

The house was in a nice area, close to airport, restaurants and shopping. The kids LOVED the pool, which was large, and wanted to spend all their time in it. There was plenty of room inside for the 7 of us.

Great location as close to airport and in housing development. Beds comfortable, all TV's worked well, clean, nice deck with pool too! Could use a few large bowls for cooked dinner foods and more choice utensils/grill items. But very nice place to stay!

Main TV didn’t have any instructions for operation and the remote batteries were almost dead. There were numerous light bulbs burned out. Hallway bathroom sink drain had a nasty odor and hard to get toilet to stop running.No towel rods to dry towels.

We decided to visit Tampa before we went on a cruise for spring break. We stayed at the house which was great. Great communication with the owner. All questions were answered in a timely manner. We didn’t use the pool because it was just a bit too cold. The weather wasn’t the best but we did enjoy sitting outside by the pool.

We stayed at this property for a wedding. We had several family members stay with us. The house was plenty large enough with an incredible outdoor space! We would highly recommend this house. Close to all beach activities, but enough at the home to stay and enjoy the day!

Very clean great location

Carlos had quick responses to any questions. Very clean and well furnished. Perfect location next to George Steinbrenner field and to airport. Outside entertaining area awesome. Only downside was non- heated pool. Kids and adults could not use first few days of March.

We stayed six nights in this house and the entire time we were there a strange car was parked in the roped off half of the drive way. We could hear rustling, movement in the attached garage. I texted the owner inquiring about it, but did not get a response. It was, frankly, kind of creepy.

Our group of friends have been going to Florida for golf trip for last 7 years. We’ve stayed at multiple places and by far this is the best we’ve stayed at. Location was central to all the courses we played at. It’s 5 min to Walmart and Publix. Neighbourhood felt secure. The property was clean and well managed. We will definitely come back here the next time we are Tampa.
