The entire home is yours to enjoy, including the front porch, rooftop deck, and private 2-car garage.
• Self Check-In: Instructions will be sent one day before your arrival. Please read them carefully, and let us know right away if anything doesn’t work as expected.
• You’re welcome to cook in the fully stocked kitchen, store drinks in the fridge, and use the washer and dryer during your stay.
• We’re here to help! Contact us any time between 10 AM – 6 PM, and 24/7 in case of emergencies.
• If you have questions at any point in your stay, just reach out—we’ll do our best to ensure your visit is smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.
Other things to note
To help create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, please keep these house rules and local laws in mind:
• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down at night.
• Check-in starts at 4 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM, so we can properly prepare the home for the next guest.
• No parties or events are allowed on the property. Any damage or mess caused during your stay may result in penalties.
• The minimum age to rent is 21, and the primary guest must remain onsite for the duration of the booking.

    This home was beautifully decorated, and well stocked. Communication with owner was great. It is obviously a caring owner. Brand new home. Rare and delightful when all bedrooms have ensuite bath, plus a 1/2 bath in the main area. Our only comment is lots of stairs, and could be a challenge with large heavy suitcases. Pack lightly and enjoy as we did!

    We traveled to Omaha to visit our family who lives there. We thought we were going to stay with family, but decided at the last minute to get a place of our own. Amber was great to work with in reserving the home. It's a great location as downtown Omaha was not far away from our family who live in Dundee. We enjoyed the Old Market, the new Gene Lahey Park, the Lauritzen Gardens, and time with our family. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Amber was very responsive to our needs. We were thankful we decided to get a place of our own, made visiting Omaha very enjoyable.
