Stayed Feb 20, 2026It’s a beautiful home with a nice traditional -modern design and decor. A perfect cozy condo for three families with children. A few days before checking in, we were watching the weather like a hawk. Tahoe had a wild snowstorm and we got lucky to catch Kings Beach on a beautiful weekend. The host was super helpful in providing directions in case markers were missed due to the storm. Host was responsive and positive. I could tell the home was taken care of despite it being an older townhome/condo community. Renovated, nicely done, and the cutest carpet! The kids flipped out when they discovered the secret room.We also appreciated that the home rules weren’t too demanding and unreasonable. A little over 1500 sq foot, I was worried it’d feel cramp, but it was just perfect and within minutes to Northstar and main road of Kings Beach for food, rentals, etc.A few pieces of feedback: the bedroom on the kitchen floor - the mattress felt a little sunken in and the bed frame squeaked a lot when moving. The toilet on the first floor has low water pressure so beware when flushing in between uses. The dish soap felt a little watered down so you had to constantly pump soap. And lastly, the sliding doors a little older so beware of closing it shut.. very hard to push and pull. Other than that, it was the perfect stay for a perfect weekend. Very cozy vibes, slow mornings and fun and easy nightcaps.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025We loved our stay! They kids had their own space upstairs. They love the area with the games and their own TV. It was very clean and up-to-date. We would have loved to stay longer. Just absolutely loved this place. We will stay again hopefully.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautifully renovated vacation rental. Everything was comfortable, clean, and just right for our kids (ages 7, 9, 13 and 18). The youngest ones loved the game nook! Location was exactly where we wanted to be for exploring Lake Tahoe and visiting with family in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025This rental is not only perfectly located but it is so cozy with beautifully remodeled and decorated finishes, it feels like home the moment you walk in. I loved the tri-level layout, especially the kids room on the top floor with the hidden game room. That was so fun for the kids to have their own space. I would definitely book this property again for summer or winter and invite friends and family because it can sleep so many. This cabin is on the corner of the building so it is very quiet and peaceful. I slept on the second floor and could not hear anyone above or below me which is so important to get good sleep on vacation. The beds and pillows are so nice. 12/10 recommend this clean, lovely space for making memories!
