We found this home both restful and practical. The kitchen held quality cookware, sharp utensils, and dependable appliances, making quick dinners simple. Towels were soft and clean, with extras ready in the closet. By day the space felt bright and breezy, by night pleasantly still. The fenced yard added privacy for quiet coffee breaks. McPherson Road provided smooth access, steady lighting, and parking without hassle, with downtown Little Rock about eight miles away. The host was kind, attentive, and respectful, adding thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and memorable.

We loved the bright living room and airy layout, the kitchen had everything for simple meals, and linens felt fresh. McPherson Road is well kept with easy curbside parking, the neighborhood is peaceful and respectful.

The bad: This was listed as ‘sleeps 6’-there were 4 of us and there were only 3 bar stools and a wobbly sideboard for a table. I had to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishrags, a cutting board, a spatula, and a few games. The one couch was worn (my son actually got a steam cleaner to hopefully leave it better than we found it) and there were limited kitchen utensils. The baseboards and ceiling fans were really dirty. The good: being able to park in the garage was worth a whole star. It was raining buckets when we were loading, which would’ve been a disaster without use of the garage. The extra space with rainy weather was great also. The beds were comfortable and there was enough hot water for everyone to shower without it running out. PET FRIENDLY for sure—the fenced in yard and tile throughout meant I didn’t have to stress about carpets or letting the dogs out to run. Laundry on-site was really nice to have. The appliances and kitchen were very clean, which made me less anxious about the dirt on the baseboards. In short, perfect for my young adult kids and both dogs, but I would not have wanted to be there with anyone else.

I rented this Vrbo for a holiday weekend (July 4th) Our small weekend vacation turned out to be an absolute nightmare. When we arrived at the property after driving 5 hours we walked into an absolutely disgusting house. Beds were dirty from previous rental, we found the bathrooms littered with dirty towels, and hair. The couch was covered in crumbs and stained would food. After getting ahold of the rental company since the host would not respond they put us in another home 15 minutes away (owned by the same host) when we arrived we walked into yet another filthy property. The hall ways were lined with matted dog fur. Once again dirty beds, towels, filthy plates, bowls and cups left in the sink. After contacting the host and rental company again the host asked me via text “can I pay you to clean it?” Highly disappointed in this property and host. Ended up spending the holiday weekend in a hotel. Wouldn’t recommend!

The property has potential, but the company rep that rents it does not care. The front lock would not stop locking and unlocking when we first checked in, so I called- he only cared that the battery was removed not that there was an issue for the guest. Our first encounter was a spider crawling across the bed, we killed 4 more over the course of the stay. There were only pillow shams - no pillows. We had to go buy pillow cases. The reviewer that said the remote was broken, it still was- it was not replaced as they stated. The batteries were corroded- we bought new ones and that was the issue. A 3 bedroom house has a 2 person coffee pot with 2 coffee mugs. Both arms on the couch were broken. The yard was overgrown, but someone did come on the 2nd day of our stay and cut the grass, we had a dog, and there was no warning or contact with us to see if it be okay to come. There was grass left all over the back patio and no edging was done. In the app or email, I never received check in or check out instructions, nor was there anything in writing in the house. Finally, the house was surface clean, it smelled clean with plugins but the top of the shower was caked in dust, the night stand was very dirty in the bedroom. The command strips holding the ivy over the mirrors in the bathroom had fallen off, so the ivy was hanging. For seating, there is one couch and 3 barstools. I shouldn’t have to spend my money for basic house expenses. BTW, I have never given a bad review.

The location was perfect for being able to see the total solar eclipse. Pros: comfy beds and a nice, easy to access air fryer. Cons: not very well cleaned (floor was very dirty), no wifi password, no dining table, hard to communicate with property manager, and not all of the lights worked. However, in my request to ensure there would be a travel crib for our little one, Evolve did ensure there would be one and they might have purchased a new one to make sure this was the case as it appeared to be brand new.

This home was very dirty! The TV did not work, the bar stools were broken, dirty dishes left in the sink, and food and alcohol left in the fridge/freezer.

Newly refreshed house with fresh paint, new tile floors, new fridge & TV, and all new linens, bedding, and decor! Very comfy! Great beds, full kitchen, and they even provided a nice air fryer! You can't go wrong with this great house close to AHH and lots of great restaurants and shopping. Even had attached garage parking! Would definitely stay again!
