8 Mi to Charlotte Sports Park: Home w/ Gulf Access

Great House right on the canal. We even caught some fish! Loved the location with being in the middle of Sarasota, Fort Meyers and other spots.

I highly recommend this house!! The best we have stayed in!!

The property was just as pictured. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool and going down by the dock and watching the boats. The home was extremely clean well well organized and very very comfortable. The hosts were very very attentive to our needs. We will definitely rent this home again when we make another trip to Florida

Perfect house for our needs! We had an emergency trip from Michigan to Florida to support our parents at Fawcett Hospital. A very home-like place to go back to after being at the hospital for hours. HIGHLY recommend this location for either a vacation or if you are in need of being close to the hospitals within Port Charlotte.

Just as pictured. Nice quiet area, very clean and comfortable. Weather was perfect for a quick get away. Favorite places, Leroy's, Deans, and Prime Steakhouse.

We are so happy we found this gem of a property! Only a couple weeks before our family reunion we had to make a last minute change of venue. And how lucky we were that this house was available! First off, the check in process exceeded expectations when the owner texted to let us know the house was ready and we were welcome to check in early. When we arrived we found a spotless home that has been lovingly cared for. The location along the canal with a warm pool can’t be beat! The layout of the home suited our family perfectly. It is also conveniently located to dining and shopping so everything we needed was close by. Everything about this rental was far superior to other experiences. We are so happy we found it and look forward to repeat visits in the future. Thank you!

The layout, space, and cleanliness was phenomenal. The property was fully stocked with any kitchen utensil/pots & pans, dishes you can think of. There was complimentary k-cups for guests, although I'm picky so I didn't use any- we brought our own. I communicated with the owner a handful of times and she was absolutely amazing. There was a shower issue before our arrival in the master and she let me know right away and it didn't end up hindering anything for us at all. The beds were incredibly comfy. The backyard was amazing. Heated pool, dock, patio furniture, grill...anything you could need. We hardly left because we enjoyed being there so much. I would definitely book there again if they would have us. Absolutely amazing experience.

Enjoyed everything about the home. Very clean, great hospitality and communication. Grandchildren had a blast in the pool and fishing on the dock. Looking forward to coming back!!!
