Very nice place to stay. Had everything we needed. I like to cook and having the grill was great.very cozy little cabin.

Cabin was as posted. Enjoyed our stay as we celebrated my husband’s 70th birthday.

Beautiful and quiet. Loved the swing on the porch. The tiny house was perfect for the two of us and our dog. We will definitely be coming back.

Great little getaway spot. Very clean, easy to get to, and in a great location. About 1.5 hours from Gatlinburg, 10 minutes from down town Franklin, 25 minutes from Highlands, 20 minutes to Dillard, 35 minutes to Rabun. Lots of waterfalls and scenery to explore. The owner’s communication was great as well. Highly recommend!

Lovely and private, beautiful setting, like home

Beautiful property up and down a mountain! Big white house on top was gorgeous, and I loved hearing the chickens every once in a while. True mountain experience!

We have stayed in various properties here and always love it. It is beyond clean, and just a restful, peaceful place. It is plenty warm in the winter, beautiful in the fall, and plenty cool in the summer with the great heat and a/c. It's nothing fancy, just cozy and relaxing and the response of the hosts is excellent. We love to have breakfast in and the kitchen provides all we need, plus there are condiments and foods left by other guests that make it so easy! We go at least twice a year to this area and this will always be our spot to land when visiting family there.

This is our go-to place to stay in the Franklin area. The cabins are cozy and very adequate especially for the price. We have stayed there three times now it will always be the first place we recommend. The cabins are suitable for a family of four or less though there is a larger cabin that could probably take a larger family.The cabins are always clean when we check in. The two cabins we have stayed in include a small kitchenet with the utensils/equipment available that is suitable for making simple meals and serving 2-4 people. This cabin had a covered area with a propane grill, picnic table, swing, and lounging chairs and it was great to sit outside and enjoy the mild weather there.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay. Admittedly, we arrived late in the night and had a bit of trouble finding our exact cabin to stay in. But the host was extremely gracious and took the time to make sure we got to the right spot. They were friendly and communicative and we felt right at home once we arrived. It’s a wonderful little cabin and we would definitely stay again in the future.

Rental did not use mattress protector or encasement. There were thin sheets with visible stains on the mattress. We did contact the host but we were told clean sheets are only provided and they spray the mattress with lysol between guest, which I feel is unsanitary. The heat was propane and the smoke/co2 monitor was not working upon testing . We contacted the host he said the battery may be dead and he would bring a battery. We decided to check out same day as arrival.

This is our second stay here. The area is beautiful and the camp ground is well maintained. The cabins are very cozy and a great value for the money.

This was our second time staying. The location is awesome. Super close to Franklin, Clayton and Dillard. The cabin has everything you need.

Super easy check in. The cabin is in a great location, only minutes from Franklin. Also, conveniently close to many areas. Cabin was very clean and had everything you need for a stay. Already booked a return trip.

The only problem I had with the cabin was with the tankless water heater sometimes it came on like it was supposed to and sometimes I had to turn it off and restart it a few times

My husband and I have been here a few times before, and we always enjoy our stay at this property. The cabin is clean, cozy, and perfect for a couple's getaway. It has everything we need: a comfortable bed, kitchen necessities, and an outside dining space. The cabin is close to town, but in a quiet neighborhood. The host was quick to respond whenever we contacted her. Highly recommend, and we hope to return soon.

Close to Franklin (10 mins), yet tucked away in a quiet retreat. Unit was exceptionally clean, owners were easy to work with and understood an earlier than listed check-in when family plans got changed. Definitely will recommend to others & will be back.

I love staying here when I come home to visit family. It is so clean and has everything I need. I will be staying here as often as I can when in town.

Comfortable and cozy

It was everything we needed. Very quiet. The campground could’ve been looked after a little better but some of that could be considered “camper clutter”. Better than hotels in the area for sure.

The cabin and property was very cozy and friendly. Perfect for me and my pup as we were traveling thru. I had an unexpected change in dates and the hosts responded quickly and switched me to a week soon. I would definitely dtay here again!

We LOVED the little tiny house! It was perfect for our weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. The area is GORGEOUS! We enjoyed downtown Franklin and nearby Highland and the waterfalls on the drive between the 2 towns. Look forward to next time.

The owner was wonderful and it was a great place! It was a camp ground filled with both cabins and camping spots.The spots are close together but everything is well maintained.

We love to stay at this property its so easy to get in and out of and close to everything. It's budget friendly and warm and cozy. What else could you ask for?
