We are located near to Lancaster and Palmdale soccer and softball fields. We are about a 20-30 minutes drive to Edwards Air Force Base, Mojave Air Space and Port, solar fields, wind farms, and close to hospitals for visiting nurses. Absolutely no smoking and no parties.
