Other things to note
The city and county Good Neighbor Policy Form is required to be signed by the guest booking the property the week prior to receiving door codes and instructions.

Big Bear does no have a garbage service, they have local free trash stations. Guests will be required to remove all trash when they are checking out or a $25 fee per bag.

Dogs are allowed if approved by the owner and are charged $50 per day per dog.

No loud music and no noise outside between 10pm and 7am.

Only 5 cars are allowed on the property at any given time.
