Guest Notes:
• Water: Our water comes from a shared underground well and may have a light sulfur scent, though it is perfectly safe to drink. We’ve installed triple ozone, multi-stage filtration, and Primo water filtered systems in both kitchens for purified drinking water. If you prefer city water, we recommend staying in town.
• Access: All-wheel drive is recommended year-round, especially in winter. The home is reached via 800 ft of unpaved road leading to our private gravel drive.
• EV Charging: Complimentary Level 2 EV charger (NEMA 10-30) with Tesla adapter available in the carport.
• Pets: Subject to pre-approval, $100 per pet. Please provide pet type when booking.

    This property was great. There were two separate units which allowed us privacy when needed, but allowed us to gather in the common area. We had everything we needed for a relaxing time, which included a barbeque. Our check in took a few minutes as the entry codes were not provided until asked for, and we were unclear on our checkout about the linens as the host did not respond to our questions. Overall a great experience.

    We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. We really enjoyed the fact that they are two different buildings, giving some extra privacy to the group. The location is exceptional and all the services were spot on. I also loved the fact that it is a pet friendly property and that the owner is very considerate and nice about it! Communicating with the host was super easy and cordial. I recommend it 100%.

    This property is lovely. The night sky is amazing and the home is clean, cozy and inviting. It felt like we were in a beautiful remote location but close enough to Santa Fe to enjoy the city and attend the Santa Fe Opera. 100% recommend.

    We had a fantastic time! The place is beautiful and spacious and very easy to use. The outdoor space was phenomenal, I wish we’d had more time to use it. I saw in some other reviews that the drive up was a little sketchy for low profile cars and it definitely was. But it’s manageable once you figure it out. We’d definitely come back here, it was a wonderful stay!

    This property was so beautiful & unique. High enough in the mountains to enjoy views & wildlife but close enough to town to enjoy everything else Santa Fe has to offer. We rented both sides so space was plentiful for 6 people. House was very clean and pet friendly. The kitchens were fully stocked. One of the bedrooms in the two bedroom unit has a curtain as entry door. Not an issue for us but could be if you are traveling with couples. Property owner was very welcoming and readily available for any questions. We would definitely return to stay again.

    House was great. A little inconvenient to get between the one house with 2 bedrooms and the other house with the loft by having to go outside. Overall i wiuld stay there again but make sure that if you come in the winter that the road to the house gets covered in snow and is hard to get up without a 4x4 vehicle.
