Stayed Sep 7, 2025Nice location. Property needs a better clean, room had heaps of dust around bed corners, oven very dirty and basin drains very dirty. For the price and cleaning bill it needs to be cleaner. Also annoyed that checkin was 3pm and cleaner was still in house at 3:15pm, so its Ok to charge extra 50 dollars for 15 min late checkout but by your own rules I should get 50 credit for late checkin. The door is locked out at 11am on the dot so make sure you have left nothing in house. I forgot to do something for 1 minute and was locked out. So strict rules but otherwise nice house and great location.

Stayed Dec 24, 2023My family and I stayed 5 nights at Michelle’s property over Christmas. The property is in an incredible location, we were able to walk to the main surf beach in a few minutes. The bedrooms are spacious and amenities were great. Communication with the host was good, Michelle was able to answer all our question in a fairly timely manner. The beds were comfortable. The house was not as clean as we had expected. When we arrived, we removed our shoes however it quickly became apparent that the floors were not clean as within a few hours we all had dirty feet, despite not going outside. There were not enough supplies provided for our stay. We had to purchase more dishwashing tablets and toilet paper. I noticed some of the electrical cables weren’t properly installed, the toaster was full of crumbs as was the drawers of glasses. The paper towel provided was mouldy and the dish cloth old and dirty. There was also underwear left from a precious guest in the downstairs wardrobe. The fridge doors don’t stay open making it difficult to use. We also didn’t feel comfortable using the outdoor shower as it has a security camera pointing directly at it. The shower was loud and water pressure weak. The advertised photos of the property seem old. For the price we paid we definitely had higher expectations. Overall the house is spacious and hosts lots of amenities to entertain the whole family, but the location is what you’re paying a premium for.
