Enjoy a wintery getaway at Kingdom Park located at the 800 block of Kingdom Drive, Breckenridge, CO. This private, super-sunny 2-story townhouse is ideal for the family getaway. The free shuttle picks up one block from your property to anywhere - including the Gondola, Ice Rink, or Peaks 7-9 Base Areas! Stroll along the bike path and Blue River to Main Street. This property is next to Kingdom Park playground and the public and reasonably-priced Breckenridge Rec Center! They have pools, hot tubs, a bike path on the river, a skate park, tennis courts, and baseball diamonds, all right outside your door!

This is not your typical townhouse with good light only on both ends. It is at the end of the building, with large windows on three sides! It feels like a house! It is bathed in natural southern light with a patio. Combine all this with a large, 3-sided gas fireplace and tasteful, modern décor, and you have a cozy, bright respite with the most accessible ski hill access!

A townhouse that's conveniently located near town, trails, and bike paths. You are surrounded by snow-covered aspen trees and just a short distance from Main Street, where you can feel the breeze. It's an easy walk to the park and city market.

There is only 1 parking spot for this unit, but you are about a 1-2 minute drive to the cheap, off-site parking, with a free shuttle between!

Main Level:

-Open floor plan, tall ceilings, and a 3-sided gas fireplace in the center of it all! You also have a half bath and 42” Flat-Screen HDTV with board games underneath.

-The queen pullout in the living room is most comfortable for kids.

-Hallway half bathroom.

Upstairs:

-Master Suite - Queen bed, massive walk-in closet, and extra mattress with 19” HDTV with cable. Master Bath: Jetted Tub, warming lights, hairdryer.

-Stackable washer-dryer in the hall.

-Bedroom 2: 2 twins and 19” HDTV with cable

-Hallway full bathroom.

Linens, and a starter supply of toiletries and household supplies are provided that may last up to two days.

Bus Service:

The gray shuttle stops at your property 4 times an hour to take you to the Snowflake Lift (rarely as a line, unlike Quicksilver!) or the Peak 9 Base area for lessons.

If you want Peak 7 or 8 for lessons, your bus takes you to the station in just a couple of minutes. You can go directly to Peak 7 and 8 on the bus or take the free gondola for Peak 7-8 base areas. The gondola is always free, whether you have a ski pass or not!! It's ideal for non-skiers to check out the base areas!

Or grab the purple and cruise around the historic district, or go gray to blue to be dropped off at the Ice Arena!

As winter sport enthusiasts, we picked a place close to the Peak 7 connect gondola, and this onenwasnt just better priced than others, it was well equipped, well maintained, clean and best of all a short 3 minute walk from a Yellow line station which is a stop away from Brekenridge Station. To summarize it all, it was a perfect getaway up in the mountains.

I'll start with the only negative: the condo isn't fancy. It's a little dated and could use some updating. However, it is comfortable, clean and convenient, and I would absolutely stay there again!Probably the best part is the location. It is a two-minute walk to the bus stop to catch a bus that will take you to Beck Station (gondola's to peaks 6-8) or to peak 9 and 10. A bus comes every 10-15 minutes. To get from the condo to the slopes takes about 20 minutes if you time it right. Coming home for lunch or at the end of the day was just as easy. Get off the bus at the Justice Center stop and walk about five minutes to the condo. While a condo at the ski resort might be a little more convenient, we were able to get a 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo for about the same price as a 1-bedroom, 1 bath condo at the resort. With three adults, this location was the better option. Need to go to the grocery store? City Market is a 15 minute walk or a three-minute drive! The condo wasn't fancy and could use a refresh, but it was clean and comfortable, including a gas fireplace in the living room. Full kitchen, with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. make cooking easy. However, it could really use a couple of good, new non-stick frying pans!I definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great location just a quick walk to the grocery store or a 15 minute walk to downtown. Right next to the recreation center. Large for a two bedroom. Fireplace.

This is my 2nd year in a row staying at this home and I just love it. It’s roomy, clean, the beds are comfy and it’s quiet. Close to everything, but not right in the center of town. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating and I will definitely be back next year. Thanks for another great stay!

There is no communal pool as listed. There are no curtains anywhere so the sun will come in and wake you before 6am. Construction starts at 615am right outside the windows and back door. You have a beautiful view of the port a potty. The kitchen does not have good pans or adequate cooking utensils.

I really enjoyed my ski trip vacation here. I like the convenient location next to the bus stop and Rec. Center, I used them both daily. So nice to just catch a bus to bypass any walking or waiting. I also liked the corner unit, it felt very open and secluded looking out on the snowy rec fields.
