Great house and host!

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, appliances and towels. It was nice to have everything we needed. There also was plenty of towels and bedding which was so nice. We love the pool and club house as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful time. The place was great and close to many fun activities for the family.

The host was wonderful, great at communicating. The place was very well stocked and comfortable . The community was clean and quiet.

Had a great experience at this property. Owner is very communicative, property is clean, the neighborhood is quiet, checking in was a breeze. We had everything we needed including the little things like nightlights which add that extra touch of home. Location was ideal for our vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Overall great place to stay. Very clean and well is maintained. Great amenities, the pools were clean and well taken care of. The rooms were decent size with comfortable beds. Safe, quiet neighborhood with a cool fishing pond, and a close drive to everything St. george has to offer. We will be staying here again.

Fantastic stay! The owner communicated with us very well and was very welcoming and kind. They even let us check out a little late :) The house is beautiful, and the surrounding area is unbelievably gorgeous. We are very fortunate to have stayed at such a great place with many amenities.

This property is just as described and was a great place to stay. Our party consisted of 3 adult couples and one teenager. Each couple had their own room, as well as the teenager. The 2 1/2 baths provided enough showers and toilets for everyone to be comfortable. The condo was clean and very well maintained. The club house and pool area were clean. We loved having two pools and two hot tubs available. Rick was a great host and all communications from him were very friendly, clear, and timely. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It's far enough away from the city so that it's not busy, but close enough to get anywhere you need to in just a few minutes. We will definitely stay here again.

Rick and Marci are wonderful hosts. We visited St. George for the Huntsman’s Senior Games. This condo was perfect for us. It is beautiful inside and totally stocked with whatever you would need. Another person staying with us is a double amputee (legs) and had some special needs. The main floor master bedroom and large bath/shower were perfect for her. Loved the location! We spent some time at Sand Hollow and also in St. George. Perfect spot for both. Definitely will book this place again!
