7th Ave Manor, Remodeled 1930’s Manor just minutes from Historic Downtown Laurel

Amazing property. The home has so much character! Wonderful vibe as you arrived. Clean and had all the amenities!

Well appointed and maintained. Host was readily available, considerate and helpful.

When you walk in, you immediately feel welcomed. A beautiful kitchen with real brick floors and a perfectly selected dinette table and chairs with a welcoming display of refreshments. Taking a stroll through the home amounts to an adventure in tasteful and time appropriate decor with each corner capturing your attention to study and appreciate something unique. The home maintains a wonderful presence as a well maintained historical home preserved with modern upgrades that allow history and contemporary to meet seamlessly into a relaxing get away.Highly recommend for large families and groups. Our group loved it!

It is tricky to get to, but it was worth the effort. The place is spacious, welcoming, and just a joy to stay at. I highly recommend it, especially for 2 or 3 families that want to spend time together.

I can’t say enough good things about the 7th Ave Manor. This was our second stay there - a group of high school friends in town for a class reunion. The host is very responsive & accommodated our requests for an early checkin, and a late checkout. The house is very comfortable & in a convenient location. I highly recommend!

The home was beautiful, and just what we were looking for. It was above our expectations. Communication with owner was very pleasant and was easy to access. We only had one issue the mattresses in four of the bedrooms were very soft and uncomfortable, a little more firmness would have made our stay even bettet. I would definitely recommend this place to stay to snyone when they visit Laura Mississippi.

Everything was perfect and the house was beautiful! 10/10 would stay here again. Plenty of room for our whole family. We booked both the main house and cottage and both were great. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Excellent house for extended family to stay together while in Laurel. The kitchen, dining room and living room were great to have so we could be together and share a meal. Host is great to work with and quick to answer questions.

Spacious and comfortable property

This home ranks top as one of the best VRBO listed homes we have stayed in. It did not disappoint.

Felt right at home, communication was great regarding check-in and needed information. Close to downtown, quiet and cozy.

The house was beautiful and gave us the feel of home. The water and snacks provided were a comforting surprise. The location of the manor was central to everything. All in all, we had a lovely visit to Laurel.

Five of us (ladies between 60 and 74) stayed at the residence. We wanted a get away not too far away (only 2 hours). We shopped and tried the delicious restaurants. It was a fun time. Recommend the Hog Heaven BBQ restaurant. Delicious!

The home is beautiful and well taken care of and supplied. The owner came over and visited with us for an hour. She is very attentive to your needs. I would highly recommend this property to rent. she also has a guesthouse directly behind it with one bed in it also. It is very cute too.

I have stayed at many VRBO and this has been the best of any!! The house is Gorgeous, the host is absolutely wonderful and the check in/out was easy peasy. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to Laurel!!

This house has it all: a gorgeous master suite, four spacious bedrooms upstairs, and lovely, light-filled community space in the kitchen and living rooms (plus a formal dining room). Outdoor space provided seating for morning coffee or room for a beanbag toss. We were amazed at the combination of decor and space!With only a five minute drive to downtown Laurel, this house would be perfect for a wedding party, girls weekend, or other festive gathering.

Very big and spacious house. Host was very nice and made sure our stay was everything plus more. Very helpful, It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and so much privacy!

Beautiful and well appointed home. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and the house had room for our extended family to sleep, get ready and spend time together. It was exactly as described and the host was wonderful to work with.

The property is perfect! Zero complaints or issues. Clean, well maintained, and well equipped for every need. The fire pit is fantastic. Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults, 3 kids. Really gorgeous old home. Property manager was really kind, making sure we knew some bad weather was coming.

The whole house was very clean. Plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable. Will stay here again when in Laurel.

We gathered our two families here for the holidays and were very comfortable. Great kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, private bedrooms as well as a great bunk room to stash the little kids in. It’s in a very convenient location as well. The host was terrific and made our stay easy and comfortable.

We had a family funeral to attend in Laurel. My wife and siter-in-law, husband and son all stayed very comfortably! Several of us family members were able to get together for a great time together the evening before our service. Very accommodating place!

Very clean, great location and unexpectedly stocked with much appreciated coffee and snacks! Check in/check out made seamless by a sweet property owner with messages just prior to our arrival. Recommend this VRBO home, for sure!

Everything in the house was beautiful and comfortable. Everything we needed was already provided for us. When I sent a message asking questions, the owner was very quick to respond and take care of anything we needed. Very close to downtown and the perfect place for our couples getaway!!

The house is absolutely beautiful, as is tge neighborhood. The house had everything we were looking for. It was large, with plenty of sleeping options, but cozy and perfect for gathering. Our hosts were very helpful, giving us advice before our trip on things we should see and do. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful girls' trip and this home was just perfect! All of us said we would stay there again if/when we return to Laurel. Suzi was the best hostess!

A group of 12 ladies from our church spent a night in this beautiful property. I couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Our church ladies group had an awesome time for our two night stay. The home is just beautiful and so well decorated. We felt right at home the minute we arrived. Our hostess was so very hospitable and made sure we had all that we needed. We will definitely recommend and come back again one day.

This was our once a year girls trip and we had a wonderful time. the house is beautiful and well maintained. We had all the information we needed on parking and entrance codes. Our host was easy to get hold of and extremely helpful. The house is not more than 5 to 7 minutes away from everything. We recommend staying at the 7th Ave Manor.
