We had a very relaxing time at this property. The area is beautiful and the hosts were more than accomodating! Communication was easy and swift. We would recommend this home to anyone who wants to experience some of the New England charm and to visit Yale University. Thank you!

Property was clean and cozy. It had a nice fenced in yard which is great for dogs. The owner was wonderful and was very responsive.

The whole house rental was clean and well-appointed with numerous thoughtful touches and easy/fast communication with owner. Check in and check out were completely straightforward. Great TV streaming, WiFi, Nest thermostat, and perfect fenced backyard. Many thanks to Pema. This was a great stay!

The house was as advertised and located in a really quiet neighborhood. The host was easy to work with and responded to me each time I texted her. If the opportunity ever comes up again, we would definitely stay at this property again.

The house was exactly what I needed to be close to my son at Yale for a few days. The house and neighborhood was great for our dog. The host had just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the welcome snacks and extra toilet paper, etc. was welcomed. The only thing I would say is the shower in the bathroom was very small…think RV shower, and there didn’t appear to be a shower head, so the water came out really hard like a water hose. But other than that, nice little house in a cute little neighborhood. I would recommend.

Is a great location given minutes from Yale. We were able to make a nice meal to celebrate our son’s success. Nice place!

Great house. Spacious and warm. Bright and sunny! Though we didnt use it the yard was a good size and had a great set up. It was clean which is most important. Cons - small shower and there weren't any garbage bags, but I may have missed that we were ssupposed to supply those.

This pet friendly home is located in a great residential neighborhood close to Yale campus and the bowl. Very clean and comfortable. Great fenced yard for pets and kids.

We had a great stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and super clean with all the bonus amenities and appreciated small touches (coffee machine, snacks, supplies, comfy beds etc.) that made our stay super relaxing and fun! Everything was as advertised and our family enjoyed the great nearby restaurants, the outdoor space, grill, and quiet walkable neighborhood. Highly recommend!!!

Had. Great time. Very cute place and clean. We loved that there was plenty of seating. Dining and living room had plenty.

Lovely home and just the right size for my group (husband, me, my mother, our two kids aged 3 and 9 months). We stayed here so I could attend my 20th reunion at Yale and it was nice to have a place close enough to drive back for nap times and close enough for cheap Ubers to and from campus. The home is in great condition with lots of little extras (coffee, cooking spices/oil, soap) that made the stay particularly easy. Communication with host was quick and easy. My three year old loved running around in the fully fenced yard! Would recommend and stay here again
