The expansive 1,000 sq ft game room is packed with options for all-day entertainment. It features a full-size pool table, skeeball, foosball, classic arcade machines, and a dedicated PS5 gaming setup for those who prefer a screen. A professional-grade poker table adds another layer of fun, perfect for late-night card games with the group. Whether you're lining up a shot, going for the high score, or just hanging out between games, this space is designed to keep everyone engaged. With enough room for multiple activities at once, it’s the ideal place to relax, compete, and spend time together.

The theatre room features a massive screen and plush recliners, creating the perfect setup for movie nights, sports, or streaming your favorite shows. It’s a comfortable space where everyone can kick back and enjoy the big screen together.

Right off the movie room, step into the speakeasy-style indoor bar, a relaxed space designed for evening hangouts and late-night conversations. With bar seating, dim lighting, and a clean modern look, it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Mix a drink, pull up a chair, or settle in for a game at the nearby poker table—it’s a go-to gathering place when the sun goes down.

The gym is outfitted with everything you need to stay active and recover. It includes a treadmill, stationary bikes, free weights, yoga mats, and massage chairs. Whether you're starting your day with a workout or winding down with some recovery time, the space is designed to keep you feeling your best while you're away from home.

The outdoor areas are just as thoughtfully designed as the inside, offering plenty of ways to unwind or stay active in the fresh Colorado air. The hot tub is set up for long soaks with a view, while the nearby sauna adds a spa-like touch for deeper relaxation. For something more playful, the bocce ball court and putting green are both ready for friendly competition and easygoing fun, no matter the group.

Multiple seating areas make it easy to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. The main deck includes a large dining table perfect for group meals, while the front patio offers a more casual place to lounge. The fire pit, surrounded by Adirondack chairs, becomes a favorite gathering spot in the evenings. And when it’s time to fully relax, the hammocks provide a quiet escape to kick back and recharge.

For even more to do outside, the home includes a full set of giant yard games like oversized chess, Connect 4, and Jenga. You’ll also find classic lawn games like cornhole, perfect for casual competition or keeping the kids entertained. These simple touches make the outdoor space just as engaging as everything inside.

Back inside, the home includes a few extra spaces designed to keep everyone comfortable and entertained. On the main floor, there’s a dedicated desk area that works well for remote work or catching up on emails in a quieter corner of the house. Upstairs, separate from the main game room, there’s a kids' play area set up for younger children, with games like Connect Four, a play tent, and other activities tailored for little ones. For more laid-back fun, the house is also stocked with a variety of board games and card games that guests of all ages can enjoy indoors.

This home is perfectly situated for exploring the best of Colorado Springs. It’s just a short drive to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and Old Colorado City—all around 20 minutes away. The Air Force Academy is only 5 minutes away, and other major sites like Fort Carson, Cheyenne Mountain, NORAD, and Peterson Space Force Base are all within 30 minutes. You’re close enough to everything, but still have the privacy and space to relax when the day winds down.

Whether you're visiting for the scenery, the local attractions, or just a fun getaway with family and friends, this property delivers a stay that’s easy, comfortable, and full of things to enjoy.
